I live in Ontario, Canada. I like living here a lot, but we get a ton of snow and I have a HUGE driveway, and no snowblower. I guess if that's all I have to complain about, it's not so bad lol!

This is insane. This forum is filled with Canadians, Australians and New Zeelanders. That's it
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

Hehe, that might be pretty cool actually because I'd love to actually meet some of the people I play online games with (not everyone, of course, but some). This just hasn't been possible in the past though because at least in wow, all my guildmates were in the US. Might be fun to meet some locals.

Apparently our attitudes are similar. like, I dunno, I don't really support generalising, but apparently we have similar attitudes and culture (easy going?). Canada is kind of like a rough side-effect of America, and Australia is kind of like a rough side-effect of Britian lol. I dunno, I've never been to Canada. Just from what I've heard. But generalising pretty much never works anyway.
Actually, if you want to really really piss off a Canadian, tell them that Canada is America's little brother. Funny shit man. Funny shit. I do that to one of my canadian friends alot, drives him insane, then I sit back and laugh my ass off.

From one quickly aging gamer to another, welcome aboard. I never
could get into WoW. Many of my friends have tried but it never had
much appeal to me.
BTW, how's the MLB 2k8 going? Big baseball fan here.

Thanks for the welcome
MLB 2k8 is quite good imo, but it's still not without it's flaws. The new 'total control pitching' is anything but. I played with it on that control scheme for a whole day off and just could not get it to work right (the opposing teams kept hitting off me consistently). With this control scheme, you basically use the right analog stick to control your pitches. It doesn't work right. I follow the directions the tutorial gives me, yet I can't control the picth and as a result I always throw a 'meat picth' and get homered off of at least once an inning.
Luckily, you can change the control scheme to classic (uses the face buttons for pitches), albeit with some digging around. You can't change the control scheme from the controller set up screen (weird huh?) you have to go into a sub menu of a sub menu to do change it and save it. This is the other major flaw in the game, is that the menu/interface is terrible. Not intuitive at all.
Having said that, once you do get the controls set (and saved) to classic mode, the game is really fun. Graphically it's very nice, it plays well and playing against the computer isn't a guaranteed loss.
Oh, the game did freeze once when I had a no hitter going for Halladay in the top of the eigth and I was winning 2 - 0. (I'm a Jays fan hehe). That made me angry.
(Kidding! Don't kill me! Rofl!)
Speaking of which he needs to release his next comic strip soon, don't you agree?
Edit: I think we got off topic. o.O
Topic? What topic?
and nice, a day off
where did you say you lived again?
I wish I had snow

Over all, I'd say a solid 7.5 out of 10.
