Today -strating at work in the morning, and continuing at home until late hours- I have been able to do several solo and group 40+ greater rift runs.
I was able to try some gear combinations & offset item options (cindercoat, magefist, pride's fall,) & passives, and my conclusion is;
-At 150 hatred
-when Nightstalker passive is active;
it takes 12 shots with +6 runes, and 10 shots with EF/Focus to max-up from zero.
-when Nightstalker passive is not active;
it takes 16-17 shots with +6 runes, and 12-13 shots with EF/Focus to max-up from zero.
-At 47% Hatred Cost Reduction ;
-3 ES , 2 CA, 3ES, 2CA... is an efficient rotation in long fights especially in a group run where you are more likely to be able to stand and shoot. The number of shots for EF/Focus to be able to fire 2 CA doesn't change in this method.
-Cindercoat is limited to fire skills only, and you are either sacrificing your toughness or +sentry damage by using it. Not good for cold rocket build.
-Pride's Fall has no elemental restrictions, besides it also includes all hatred & discipline skills and runes. Its "no damage" condition is not a big issue. It returns to normal fast enough if you are hit, and it has an indicator. Tbh, trying to maintain its buff increases your awareness and indirectly improves your survivability. One more good thing is it is a cache item and you can farm it to your heart's content for the sweetest stats and ancient version.
-So the combination of Pride's Fall helm and Nightstalker passive have the most noticable results so far. Both feels like indispensable for me atm.
Further suggestions and ideas regarding the subject are welcome.
