Have anyone found a Ring of royal grandeur on EU season?
I have done 30+ act 1 bounties and have not seen it, also some of them are only dropping 1 legendary not 2 for T13.
Starting to lose my mind here.

Got mine 4th or 5th try, sounds like really bad rng. Pray to rngesus and keep grinding those bounties, it will drop :-)
Conspiracy confirmed.
Found it after around 36 tries. Hope this rng does not last for the rest of the season. Still weird that some of the caches only dropped 1 legendary though.
