2.40 GHz - Q66001066MHz/8M Core 2 Quad Intel DP35DP w/Sound+SATA+Firewire+1GB Lan& PCI Express
4G RAM 500GB 7200RPM Hard Disc
8800GTX (soon to be in SLI)
Logitech G9 gaming mouse
Wireless Microsoft keyboard
RAM coolers, hard disc cooler, interior power supplies, 1200 Watt UPS, DVD writer, Enlight case
All cooling is Thermaltake
All system hardware is Intel. VGA is EVGA.
My thoughts
You can overclock your Q6600 to 3.0 GHz on air cooling, preferably better fan than stock fan though
Whats the frequency of your RAM (I'm assuming its DDR2?)
Vista or XP?
It'll run Diablo III anywho (If it didn't then it would be worth less than the lint in my bullybutton)
Edit - When you say RAM cooler do you mean RAM heatsinks or like a wee RAM-fan?
RAM is DDR2 Kingston-800
I won't overclock my Quad, no reason to do so, I'm not doing anything that needs overclocking, right now anyway
XP, I dislike Vista
Lol, what? Diablo 3 looks like it will be a breeze to run. Age of Conan's problem was that it was a burden on systems. Blizzard always puts out games that don't need a super PC or something, so my PC should be able to run it on Max settings without a problem. If anything, it'd just need a 100$-200$ upgrade if Blizzard decides to go A-wall with the game.
They're heatsinks I guess. You can see them iun the picture, directly to the right of the CPU fan.
1550$. Quite expensive, I know, but the parts are shipped, and can't be bought for any less around here (I live in Lebanon). When I want to get the other 8800GTX to SLI it, I'll ask my cousin in America to send me one, which would cost a lot less there.
