You all know the Desert Mercenaries from Act 2, I'm not particular sure what race or area from Sanctuary they are from but in Act 2 there are a lot of "Middle Eastern" type weapons.
Personally I would like to see them expand on these styles of weapons and perhaps create a class like the Desert Mercenaries from Lut Gholein.
Would anyone enjoy playing a Middle Eastern type class?
I'd love a middle eastern class... maybe a hybrid between the rogue, the assassin and the amazon, that uses bows and daggers and looks like the guy form Assassin's Creed
Moreover the mercenaries from the other acts were classes in Diablo I, so it wouldn't be strange if the middle-eastern mercenary will be a class in Diablo III.
Anyway, if we're going to have a middle-east class (as I think we are), I'd prefer a sort of caravan bandit..
Or some kind of desert nomad that controls the monsters around him using charms (like snake charm, not grand charms). Perhaps they could specialize in polearms as well, like the guards and mercs did.
