    Slight amendment to your post above. Level requirement can be reduced by up to 40 levels, making them equipable at level 30.

    Please read my post up there again, ruksak:

    Quote from NHunter2335

    Rare and normal legendary & set items can roll up to -30 levels (thus equipable at level 40) and ancient legendaries & set items can go as high as -40 levels (thus can be donned on at measly 30th level)

    To be more precise, rare items and non-ancient legendary and set items can roll level-reduction in the range of [2 - 30] levels; ancient set and legendary items roll level reduction in the range of [30 - 40] levels.

    If you are okay with "losing" socket, any weapon with a socket can be made equipable by level 1 character with lvl25+ gem of ease. And when 2.3.0 hits the live servers, you will be able to remove level requirement from ANY item by transmuting it with the lvl25+ gem of ease in the cube.

    I have suspicion that this thread is about the Ramalandi's (?sp) Gift... Which can only be farmed through playing game.

    Always keep a backup set of gear in your stash. on that note, keep all your gems/keystones/mats in your stash too.

    And not just that; if you are going to stick more or less to the single class - or the classes with interchangeable non-class-specific gear - try to obtain a level-reduced "set" as soon as possible - it will make your life a bit easier if you need to level up again and don't have anyone to powerlevel you / want to do it without external help.

    Rare and normal legendary & set items can roll up to -30 levels (thus equipable at level 40) and ancient legendaries & set items can go as high as -40 levels (thus can be donned on at measly 30th level)

    posted a message on HC Monk Stuck in T1

    Another example of a HC monk - of a different build setup. Not as efficient as ruksak's above (only GR30), but still fun to play. Unfortunately I can't help you directly since I play on a different server (EU).

    Copying others aside what you need to do is:

    1. Get a weapon and a helm with sockets (emerald and amethyst (for now; later can switch to diamond) respectively)
    2. Maybe Pants with sockets too. Can't say what gems you should socket there.
    3. Since your amulet has +%physical on it, maybe you should look into switching some skills around to capitalize on it for now - e.g. picking Fists of Thunder : Quickening as you generator. If you change the elemental damage bonus, try to find the skills that use that element to use this buff.
    4. Look into some life-recovery stats - they will make your life much easier in combat. In my case, I rely on paragon points in passive regen and life-on-hit, as well as on the legendary gem.
    5. Get a decent Ring of the Royal Grandeur from act 1 caches... And the one from act 3 - it usually rolls quite decent and can give you a boost. Otherwise, if you are lucky, get yourself Focus and Restraint - they give you 50% damage increase for using generators and another (multiplicative) 50% damage increase for using spenders.
    6. Start working towards obtaining some class set, T1 might be a bit slow, but you definitely can do it there. Keep in mind that Inna is a support / defensive set and not really something that will make you a monster of a monk by just itself. Going beyond 4pc is not really necessary (but having all base mantras on you at all times is really helpful).

    • The 30 second countdown timer when closing rifts has been removed.

    Not correct. Timer doesn't appear only if everyone has left the rift when closing request is issued. If someone is still inside, timer will still pop up.

    posted a message on Potential Generator Build with the Revamped Shenlongs set and Kunai's Cube

    @Talyn_Rahl

    Out of curiosity, why frost immunity neck? it doesn't prevent you from getting frozen; you just take no damage from ice bombs.

    That aside, it is an interesting idea. Might try it when I get a game (should be soon) and tell how it works - without the Claw that is.

    @osirisxxl

    I'm hardcore HARDcore player, so I also need to keep high toughness to live at least long enough to react to whatever is trying to kill me.

    Back to my embarrassment of the year.... I have Depth Diggers as a real item equipped... Dunno about cube'ing them and going 4pc Inna without allies... Need to try it out and see, how it will go.

    If I were to replace RoRG with something, it'd either be an immunity amulet (real item is hellfire with NDE), Ess (not to run after every single mob) or maybe even Wyrdward for crowd-control.

    @osirisxxl

    As I said, my gear isn't really tuned towards damage output, so the numbers are laughably small:

    fire dash: grift 32, ~350kk crits

    pillar: grift 36, no idea, too many pillars

    Shenlong: grift 41, between 1kkk and 1.8kkk

    Mystic is on 2pc bonus, I need mantras for extra toughness, hence 4pc.

    posted a message on Potential Generator Build with the Revamped Shenlongs set and Kunai's Cube

    Granted I have kinda crappy gear when it comes to offense on live (comes from being a hardcore player, I guess), but for me this:

    • Shenlong
    • Bastions of Will
    • Raiment of thousand Storms - 2 pieces
    • Inna's Mantra - 4 pieces
    • Depth Diggers
    • Crudest Boots (cube)
    • Flying Dragon (cube)
    • RoRG (cube)

    In a build like this http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#adPVXj!hgbf!YbaaYZ

    Easily beat fire-dash monk and even ranged WoL:Pillar of Ancients no generator monk by a large large large margin. And would have done that even if I switch from Fire Mystical Ally to Air one.

    is it possible to mantain the spirit up without band of the rue chambers? to be able to use convention in the cube

    Yes. It is possible. Oftentimes even without relying on BoH:Infused with Light.

    And a related question: why do people want to use Arcane Orb at all? It is... not the best skill out there.

    posted a message on Is it ridiculous to have a 1H crossbow equipped with a quiver?

    1H crossbows have significantly lower per-hit damage than 2H crossbows (bows too, though the difference is smaller) to compensate for good dps at high attack speed. I'm not quite sure which one is better as white 2H x-bow will hit way harder (like 30% harder), 1H will let you do more attacks in the same amount of time. In the end, it comes down to how fast everything dies around you. If you usually stick to torments and don't go high in grifts, 1H might indeed be better. On higher grifts, though, 2H with increased damage are supposed to be better.

    Either way, if you want to use 1H with quiver, it might be better to keep looking for a (good) ancient calamity. Since Natalya will lose +discipline and +%cc come 2.2, there is no real point of looking specifically for that one-hander. Though, if it rolls awesome, it's good to use too.

    Is that a new bug? I'm quite sure I've completed Iron Wolves bounty in the previous build.

    Back then the cages became unlockable when you kill all monsters guarding them.
