posted a message on New consumable ideas?!?

I would like to see something that is slightly rarer then Ramaladni, but it would roll between 40-70% chance to enchant the item to ancient.

Also another version could be, Lets you re roll again with a second Affix with Mystic. But is another power creep, but also a more reasonable one.

I do disagree with suggestions about Ramaladni to work on Jewlery. At lease at this point. Because that is just a huge power creep. It has been brought up plenty of times and blizzard has already shot it down.

You should really go post this on the Official forums for more people to see and for BLUES to notice.

Yes, you roll the Strength off for 10% CHC. No question about it.

posted a message on Landed an Ancient Furnace and need help

well rolling 10% dmg on it will be around 3,969.9 DPS. So my best guess here would be to roll the dmg range higher. But use paragoncalculater.com to be sure.

About the only 2 options you have. Ether roll the socket too 10% dmg then gift or re roll the damage range.

Since it is intel. If you are using it for a wizard, I would 100% re roll the dmg range so you can also get a Element to use for Element exposure(5%) more dmg for everyone.

posted a message on What's there to come back for this patch?
This Patch has really not changed much in the game at all. After these Months of them working on it. We are 90% getting the same exact thing we already have. Ancient Items are pathetic. They are the same exact thing. Boring and lazy. Who ever says other wise, must be blinded. They added no other kind of game play. So we are stuck with bounties(that are pretty much only good for Fragments these days, since they didn't add any items to the pool) regular rifts and GR's that they fixed density, which needed to be fixed months ago. Ancient Items will allow you to go a bit higher now. Oh Boy!

They added Special Goblins, great! The fact it took them to add 1 thing like this since RoS is mind blowing. Where are random boss fights, Special events, Champion monsters that are just a waste in the game, provide nothing at all. They need improved greatly. Weekly and monthly events. Seasons are just boring. I think for a lot of people, they provide nothing what so ever that will want 80% of the player base to consistently play it. I see it everywhere, they will get to level 70 for the transmog than back to Non Season. There is absolutely no reward. Same thing for leader boards. A lot of people, just don't care about them and again provide no reward.

The monk changes are the biggest thing in Patch 2.1.2, kinda sad right? They didn't add any new kind of charterer progression. Too me the most frustrating thing is the Ancient Items tho. They could have made them "powerful" in many ways and have uniqueness, randomness. Would have brought back the " I'm going to grind for hours to find the right one" But Instead the forums are blowing up at Blizzard for how awful they are.

In the end, They are trying to keep us around. We won't see any true Major Improvements to D3:RoS until the next expansion. Going to be a long year people.

posted a message on the cow level is real!!
I have 1600+ rifts completed. Have only had the cow rift once. I don't fully understand why blizz decided to make it so rare? You don't even get that much XP from it and don't really get any reward?? Not sure how much XP you get from it, but even if it gave you 25bil experience or more?..in the end that's not that much at all compared to the paragon level system.

My second point though..why does blizz not add more things like this? There could be plenty of special and fun events they could add into the randomness of rifts.

Regular Shrine/chest events..should already be in them.

    Special shrine/chest event.

Mini boss's in the rifts at randomness

Random Mini games? I'm sure there could be some fun quick possible ideas with this.

Blood shard rift? This is one that would fall under very rare occasions. (once every 100-200 rifts?)

Buff experience rifts(200%) thru out the whole rift.

Legendary buff rifts(X%) thru out the whole rift. Once again this would be on the very rare occasions. (Once every 100-200 rifts?)

I'm sure there are plenty of other ideas. My best guess is, blizzard hasn't done anything like this because it will kill the Grift system. But IMO, I'm not a big fan of the grifts. Not that there all that bad, but because there is no reward at the end. Nothing changes with the loot the higher you go, you just get more of the same crappy legendarys 90% of the time. Once you level your gems high enough it is almost impossible to go higher. Doesn't take to long to reach that point. For me, I'm not a leader board person in D3, because once again no rewards? So IMO leader boards mean nothing.

I'm not trying to bash here or anything. Just throwing out some ideas and my opinion on the game, in some areas I think could be improved on.

posted a message on Would like to get a thread going here on Ancient Items..
Does anyone else think Blizzard needs to improve them more? Just increasing stat rolls! Witch, in my opinion they already need to increase the gap jump between them to start. To me it seems lazy, very weak and once again a lack of depth. Starting this thread to get everyone's opinions and ideas! Feel free to shout out anything that you think can improve ancient items and keep it in a positive manner please.

posted a message on Super rare items should ALWAYS be at least decent!
I agree with what is said above. I think it time for them to add that next tier of items. Being Epic or Exotic whatever they would call them. But the only thing about this that doesn't fit, is the set items and bonus's. They take up to many slots. Nobody wants to see there time and hard work finding gear and than see it become obsolete. I think it would be better to go a route kinda like The Gift item(gems) finding these super rare items That add and turn the item you already have into something even more powerful. Special Affix's, more props, higher roll stats, ect. Something of this nature. But you can only have 2-3 on at a time.

Just for a plain out of the world Example.

Imagine your A Firebird wiz and you have a Furnace or any weapon. Furnace would make this EPIC. You have been playing for say 150 hours. This Item* drops.. That gives you the Special affix like a Serpent Sparker to have more than one hydra or are able to cast two black holes back to back. Plus the stats on the weapon are increased by 25%, all dmg is increased by 10% and all incoming dmg is reduced by 10%. Finding that super rare item Would knock your socks off and open up your build diversity. It would give you such power you would feel like a new character. Now at first you say well that would be insane you would wreck anything. Which is true but other classes would have runes also class specific-non class specific. Final point this is where they could also bring Grifts back into the game and other harder end content. People would be able too keep progressing forward and feeling more powerful than ever. That's only with one Item*! I know its not as simple as boom boom done. But I hope they are working towards something like this down the road. Just my two cents :)
