Don't you think you guys might be over-reacting a little? I'm sorry, but IK *was* quite a ways over-tuned. When people are nearing 70 grifts changing nothing but 2 DH for 2 IK barbs on the ptr with little prep, refinement, or rift searching. Maybe 500% to 100% was a bit overkill, but still. It needed some nerfs.
