For barbs with manly '70s style chest hair (Female barbs can also have manly chest hair and often do), not ballerina barbs that dance and spin.

This Barb participates in 3 Track and Field Events.

    1. Long Jump or Triple Jump for those with Lut Socks and meaty man thighs. (Leap, Call of Arreat)

    2. 200M Dash. Moving fast is good. (Sprint)

    3. Shot Put. The bigger the boulder, the better. (Ancient Spear, boulder toss)

Note: While Javelin Toss is a valid Track and Field sport, one can only register for shot put or javelin toss and being that shot put is the manlier of the two Track and Field barbs will always choose boulder toss in fear of being made fun of for throwing little girl sissy sticks.

Track and Field barbs, while mighty alone, inspire the crowds and fellow teammates by grunting and letting loose victory cries. (Battle Rage, Bloodshed), (War Cry - Speed buff with Chilanik's Chain)

Track and Field barbs have such mighty lungs that their shouts often blow the tops off mountains, causing avalanches. (Avalanche)

Steps to being a good Track and Field Barb:

    1. Shout a lot to let everyone know you are there (buff group and build rage)

    2. First event, Jump onto your enemies faces (Gather with leap)

    3. The mountains around you should have come down by now (Drop an avalanche before you boulder toss to make use of the rage spend CDR)

    4. Second event, Shot Put (Boulder Toss)

    5. Third event, 200M Dash (Sprint)

All these activities require a lot of energy so choose your passives wisely.

Track and Field barbs are one hitter quitters, make sure to stack lots of crit chance and crit damage because as soon as you blow your load you'll be onto the next competition.

After each competition you will be completely spent, so make sure your boulder was big enough to get the job done in one go.

Chicks dig barbs that have big hammers, especially if it takes two hands to hold.

Make sure you don't toss your boulder too early, a premature toss can be verydisappointing.

posted a message on GHOST CHICKEN BUILD
    Dear Witch M.D.s,

This build is a CD based AOE burst damage build that I cruise through T1 with 524k sheet dps and 425k Toughness while laughing maniacally as things die to an endless supply of flying piranhas and exploding chickens. (I know those are terrible stats)

    1. Piranhado: 16s CD. Groups and debuffs enemies.

    2. Spiritwalk, umbral shock: 15s CD. Drop this in the middle of your nado.

    3. Soul Harvest, Vengeful spirit: 15s CD. This comes right after spiritwalk.

    4. Hex, Angry chicken: 15s CD. The final step in the Ghost Chicken.

    Math for nerds: (750% + 630% + 1350%) x 1.15 = Dead

Use this in conjunction with Grave Injustice passive to keep your Ghost Chicken rocking til the break of dawn.

If you get stuck fighting one mob or completely fail in your wombo combo you are going to need some consistent damage.

I use Firebomb flash fire as my primary cuz bouncing fireballs are awesome at breaking barrels but you can do whatever you want.

I use Locust Swarm Searing Locusts and Creeping Death passive to melt down elites.

My other two passives are Pierce the veil and Grusome Feast. You can switch these out.

I recommend slow weapons, preferably a 2 hander.

Go for max int, crit chance, and crit damage for this burst spec. Try to stay away from attack speed and flat damage.

%Fire, cd reduction, %Physical are cool too.

You stand in the middle of most things so don't forget toughness.

    Sincerely,

    Badical
