I've been keeping track of all legendaries that have dropped for me in rifts, horadric cubes, and from Kadala gambling and thought I'd share it with everyone since patch 2.05 seems to be lurking right around the corner.
Everything is tracked using Google Spreadsheets. It's kind of a mess so it's on a website where the data gets updated automatically. I'm keeping everything tracked by patches/hotfixes that affect the legendary drop chance and the data collection started when the hotfix that increased legendary chances in rifts by 100%.
You'll see my personal legendary drop chance from rifts by Torment level, horadric cube legendaries by Act, and Item Quality chance from Kadala. A table of 'n' values are included so the data is as detailed as possible. The Horadric Cube data is going to change a bit in the future since they'll be affected by torment level now, so that'll be updated soon.
