I could be wrong but can't you find these statistiques in www.diabloprogress.com? At least getting the idea what are the most played class's in season.
for me that is not diminishing return
20% is always 20% of the base dmg of the skill
now of course if you compare 140% to 160% then you see less increase in the calculation but for me that isn't diminishing return because it's still increasing the same 20% from base dmg of the skill.
Diminishing return is like what xmep said for me at least ""Like a stun duration being shortened for each stun until it no longer works at all for a set amount of time.""
Say a skill deals 1000% and you have 40% ele dmg already which is 1400% so every 20% is 200% increase, now you add another 20% ele dmg and it becomes 60% ele dmg increase which makes it 1600% it's still another 200% added to the skill there was no diminishing return here
to the OP: the elemental damage on the weapon does not matter unless you are a wizard and you are using a passive called Wizard's Elemental Exposure like Bagstone said.
I can do 35 rift without unity as melee it's how I got there when I didn't have unity, but now I'm stuck at greater rift 39 with unity, I have yet to finish a lvl 39 greater rift as melee. Greater rift is based on luck at this point where I'm at to go higher in ranks, it's dumb don't really like this system at the moment, I don't like a game where there is infinite difficulty levels, my goal is always to finish all the difficulties of a game, but in Diablo 3 with the greater rifts there is no end to the difficulty and that annoys me right now.
But yeah if you think you have a hard time playing as ranged, please try playing as melee hmmm that electrified... so sweet xD
It's starting to feel like the old inferno vanilla
I think this way that 10% cc is going to buff the other 2 gems on the rings xD
and since you are using legendary gem that procs from crits you should want cc%
anyways on amulet I always want 10% cc and 100% cd no matter what then comes elemental dmg then socket and if its a 5 primary amulet then main stat after or maybe cooldown who knows.
The weapon either becomes 3550.9 dps and I lose 22k life per hit or it becomes 3455.2 dps and I keep the 21.6k life on hit.
I will also lose 13k life per kill with new weapon.
I'm calculating of getting the weapon with a 1430 min - 1740 dmg roll, so if I can get it to roll higher I'd probably lose a bit less dps compared to 10% weapon damage.
Plus with the new condemn spam spec I can spam my wrath generator attack non-stop at same time im using condemns... so that would be a lot of healing if i kept the life per hit right?
I can't decide... btw it's prophecy sword. it rolled low dmg like 3.19k
Fucking losers.... This is why I hate the internet culture, anyone with money wants to be famous for ten seconds.
DDOS serves a purpose. Security is not something that you set it and forget it. If battle.net is secure and configure correctly, then DDOS wouldn't take place.
Let's put it this way: you are luck that it is only a DDOS attack instead of a security leak where million of PII and CC are compromised.
i don't think you quiet understand how these DDOS attacks are happening. These aren't a matter of battle.net security and there is very little blizzard can do about it.
There are plenty Blizzard can do. If there is very little Blizzard can do, then they should be down forever. For the fact that they are fixing it or migrating the attack, they are doing something to prevent a similar attack from happening in the (near) future.
Please just stop you really don't know what DDOS means at all, it has nothing to do with security it has to do with overloading the servers so much that shit happens.
Here just for you please get informed:
DDOS is short for Distributed Denial of Service.
DDOS is a type of DOS attack where multiple compromised systems -- which are usually infected with a Trojan -- are used to target a single system causing a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. Victims of a DDoS attack consist of both the end targeted system and all systems maliciously used and controlled by the hacker in the distributed attack.
In a DDoS attack, the incoming traffic flooding the victim originates from many different sources – potentially hundreds of thousands or more. This effectively makes it impossible to stop the attack simply by blocking a single IP address; plus, it is very difficult to distinguish legitimate user traffic from attack traffic when spread across so many points of origin.
One common method of attack involves saturating the target machine with external communications requests, so much so that it cannot respond to legitimate traffic, or responds so slowly as to be rendered essentially unavailable. Such attacks usually lead to a server overload. In general terms, DoS attacks are implemented by either forcing the targeted computer(s) to reset, or consuming its resources so that it can no longer provide its intended service or obstructing the communication media between the intended users and the victim so that they can no longer communicate adequately.
I hate unity because it makes me not want to play with other people because my characters feels a lot weaker when in group... I feel much stronger in solo
That.
I hate to decline clan groups cause I'm dead most of the time without my Unity combo
Then you're not geared for what they're doing yet. Use your crutch (Unity) to get better gear, or dont.. it's not like you could play with them if you didn't have Unity. Your complaint doesn't reflect negatively upon the way Unity works.
You got the post wrong. I can or we can do T6 easy but it's so much more easier solo, we feel a lot stronger solo. Also grouping up makes the mobs stronger so go figure

[blizzquote=Grimiku]The chance to get a Legendary item from a Horadric Cache does not change based on the difficulty you acquired the cache. To use the example provided you'd have the same chance to get the Ring of Royal Grandeur from a cache acquired in Torment 1 as one acquired in Torment 6. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/12504580894?page=2#25
Torment level has No effect on cache rewards.
Sorry but that is old as others mentioned already things changed in 1.0.5

They better fix that shit and remove the paragon lvls from the exploiters, or just ban them.

All the top players are using these 'useless' gems...

No the items won't scale with your lvl you will need to get a new TF at 70.
Keep some of the MF gear for Templar like weapon / shield / ring / amulet.
