Hey man. doing T5-6 without a unity for barb is pretty easy.
First off if you have the full ik set i would recommend using togheter as one rune for ancients as they basicly work as a unity on follower as long as they are alive.
2nd i would reccomend finding alot of +healthglobe hp secondary gear and get as much pickup radius as you humanly can, the faster you pick em the better for ur survival/ancients survival. A good goal on + healthglobe bonus would be 100 000. if you get this to 100 000, you will effectively heal 1500 HP per point of fury you are using. Its the biggest survival Passive you can have Imo and with Hp globe stats it only grows stronger. blood rage and forced march come to mind as awesome spammable fury spenders to use to keep gaining a ton of hp from the passive.
Togheter as one rune for ancients works best with lightning + modifiers, but if you are playing EQ it still is the best option out of all the other runes. and you might have to give up some fire damage or so to keep the set bonus active. but for solo T5-6 play the dmg from a EQ build doesnt need too many modifiers to be effective.
just the tips i could come up with for now. High Hp/Allres is ofc mandatory. But with the ik set bonus you can give up some of theese stats over healthglobe/radius gains IMO
