Can't recommend if you don't play a meta build and even then not sure it's worth the time. Was ignored the entire time I was in this clan. The members are either bots or douches or both.

It's not 1 Rift to 1 GR. Often 2 keys per rift.
Capping GR keys is stupid.
Capping games per hour is stupid. Thanks for telling me, as a legit player I can't fish rifts. Actually for me personally it's muling items for my collection.
These ideas are only going to piss off legit players. Not everyone on the leader boards bots, you might just suck compared to them.
Basically it boils down to Bliz not giving a fuck about people botting and non of the terrible ideas people have posted will change a thing.
I would bot as well but I just don't care about pushing that many buttons to cube perfect gear, and I'm 1200 paragon behind if I even cared about leader boards.

90% of my clan bots, or act like it. Never speak to anyone and online 24/7 or close to it.
50% of the clan when I last played (S2) was bots
Before Seasons, which suck major ass imo, it was closer to 15% of the clan that botted.
No idea why they are so hard up on allowing the shit but I say take advantage of it.
Since it appears the chance of ever getting caught / punished is so low.
Which really is the saddest part about this, the total and complete lack of backbone exhibited by Blizzard RE: bots

I consider them required, and the weapon you mention but I am kind of noob. I wore the bracers before the wipe the other day and cubed half a dozen other things to rotate between.

Of course Dfans is a different monster then what I'm use to dealing with, I deal with a small EMU community and have the liberty of CIDR banning since I don't have users from specific regions of the world and don't care if I ban an entire country.
At least the team here cares about fixing the issue and is responsive to the users posting in this thread. No matter what else that is a serious A+ on their part compared to what the users are use to seeing from say Blizzard.
