Even though that was a problem on the old B-net, I doubt it would be now. With the insane upgrades in technology and the fact that B-net could hold tens of thousands of people at once, I think the lagging will be minimal.
I hope that they decide to keep at least 8 per game and if not at least 6 but 4 seems way to small for a diablo game.

AND if Leoric is devoted was all of the Zakarum too? seriously think about it, who could yu control better, A leader or it's followers? and in this case the followers are easier, since Khalim the Head of The Council was NEVER corrupted by Mephisto, since Leoric is as noble and devoted as he is maybe yu should compare the 2 rather than lowly followers. Khalim even stood up against Mephisto, even while knowing the consequences, which is getting torn to shreds. While Leoric on the other hands showed signs of slight corruption and driving him mad. Diablo still got to corrupt the Archbishop Lazarus a very powerful and influential follower of the Zakarum.

I just dont think the belial's deception is enough to make him the most evil out of the demons. Since i mean cmon other demons lie, mortals lie and EVEN angels lie.
Remember a warrior's greatest weapon is his enemy's greatest weakness or fear, and in that statement shows that Diablo is the most evil since his way of destroying others is by exploiting their deepest fears. a terrifying death is a fear exploited and is used in a devil's twisted mind's uses. to top that his been brought back to life once, in his plans to control the protoganist at the first diablo game. He is also the youngest and it was said once that he is the most powerful of the three.
Baal is weak, he is more of a jester for me, he must show great power in his path of destruction, but that is a barbaric trait, not an evil one. Well at least to me, but Demonic raw power doesnt show a lot of evil more of a senseless way of using it. He is in the Middle wether he's more or less powerful than Mephisto is currently unknown, but he is weaker than Diablo.
Mephisto might be the oldest of the three, but he is not the most evil for me neither most powerful, He's main strong point is his Hatred, which is well what sparks wars,Civil riots, protests and even crusades since hatred is the main cause of a leader's blind deception to do a senseless thing. Even though he corrupted an entire monastery of priests alike, that doesnt show his evil to me, but it was evil. Still though People hate other people everyday, maybe not enough to want to rip them to shreds. But believe it or not, hatred is in yu and me. He is the oldest and is always presumed to be the strongest, but no he is not BUT some ppl presume the he is the most intensly evil out of the three, i disagree
