past few days i was not able to get a single item listed above without chc except for bracer. Got sick and tired if this game. Started playing final fantasy instead.
So i was wondering why thousand fist has such a low bp proc rate. Could it be because the second fist attack (that attacks 7 times) is actually considered a single hit? So even if 1 of the 7 hits gave critical hit the entire second hit is considered critical hit?
if this is true as Athiestus mentioned would other primary attack that increases damage by 15% be better? Or is the dramatic damage boost from thousand fist a necessity for high grifts
I looked up a few guides for Uliana's stratagem, none of them seem to use blinding flash, but lots of guides do include mantra of salvation. I don't understand why mantra of salvation is better than blinding flash.
I believe I saw somewhere that from season 4, all monsters CC resistance will scale based on the duration of the CC they take. So blinding flash (described as 3 seconds of blind duration) will actually last slightly more than 2 seconds since 3 seconds blind = 30% CC resistance, so actual blind time is 2. something seconds.
However, 7 sided strike lasts for 2 seconds with lions fist and 1 second without. cooldown reduction of 7 sided strike is 14 seconds. with 60% cooldown reduction from the weapon, 7 sided strike has 5.6 seconds of cooldown. add that with 60% more cooldown from other items. If you combine blinding flash with 7 sided strike, wouldn't you be almost invincible, at least against white mobs?
It does, since it increases your total damage. It wouldn't be OP though, or even used, because there are better synergistic items available.
I could be wrong but I am assuming by other synergistic items you mean gravel of judgement and furnace combo?
But as you answered in my second question if dont need gravel of judgement to maintain full resource why wouldnt furnace + shaefer or scourge or maximus or other elemental damage increase + skill triggering items be much more useful?
If ik does increase damage output of skills from legendary item options. Wouldnt dual handed sword called scourge + hota be op??? Or at least double the damage output?

2. If you are not using gravel of judgement would fury of the ancients without tasker and theo be enough to maintain full resource?
3. I plan to use lightning hota build. I know the current meta for lightning hota or any other hota is to use furious charge + strongarm + that cow head shoulder ( increase fc by 30% for each enemies hit) to increase damage. But wouldnt i output more damage and boost sustain if i use the shepard (that lightning two hand war hammar) + fury of the ancients shoulder + furious charge (for charging resource only)? does ik increase damage of electric shocks generated by the shepard? Could anyone try out this build?
Now that with 2.3 patch IK 6set option increases all damage output by 250% (basically multiply the damage by 3.5), would IK whirlwind be on par with WotW whirlwind?

2. 2500% dust devil damage. (3750% damage if using infinite wrath of berserker)
3. you can potentially have infinite ignorance is bliss (50% damage reduction + Health on resource spent) with pride of cassius
4. you can potentially have infinite wrath of berserker (either 50% damage increase or 50% damage reduction) with zodiac ring
IK
1. infinite ancients (50% damage reduction)
2. 2800% whirlwind damage ((400 fire whirlwind + 400 skull ring) *3.5) or 2590% whirlwind damage ((340% any whirlwind + 400 skull ring) * 3.5)
3. infinite wrath of berserker (either 50% damage increase or 50% damage reduction). This can sort of replace infinite ignorance is bliss.
4. empty shoulder space for a legendary shoulder such as vile ward (good combination with furious charge + F&R) or death watch mantle
5. increase damage against boss by adding Hota skill and hota bracer
1) each hammer can only hit each enemy once, while the limitless hammers can only spawn a new one once ("newly spawned double hammers" from limitless can't double and also hit each enemy only once).
2) haven't tested this extensively, but from what I saw, you need the non crits to be from X different cast - e.g. you can't just spawn one hammer that hits 10 enemies or something like that
3) not sure about this, but I assume it takes the proc coefficient into account - which isn't that high for hammers. could also be that per cast you can maximally proc it once, so per 1 hammer cast you get 1 heal.

Have you tried this setting yet?
i have not been able to get a descent glove, ring, bracer and right hand weapon without chc to test this.
i feel like finding these items without chc but with cdr is almost impossible...

I just picked up a johannas argument with
1460-1840 poison damage
865 strength
936 vitality
20% area damage
It is my only ancient johana and i am tired of collecting death breath to roll new ancient johanna
how should i reroll this item.
i also have a johanna shield
725 strength
10 crit chance
1224 health per fury
and 8 cooldown reduction
my crit chance with the shield is 60 and i rerolled armor into crit chance. Should i retoll this into hammer damage?

i know there is a belt that will summon hammers when justice hits something.
does hammers summoned by justice crack rune also summon hammers?
