IMHO, I think too many characters makes for much confusion. 20+ is obsurd. With that many, there are bound to be characters that inherantly suck. I think something more like 10 is good, that way there are solid chars that would have their own strenghts or hybrid. I would be cool to be able to redistribute skill and strength and health points, like if a character was built the wrong way, but there should be a consquence for doing it or some delay or cost, not a loss of points to distribute, but something. This would be good for peoples chars who are totally ruined from a patch that weakens them. Larger holds so "mule" characters aren't created and you have to trust someone to watch your stuff while you switch chars to hold the stuff. Maybe something built in to the game where items can be switched within your acct at least where its safe where you can item find on your own.
