It would be a cool concept to have a Samurai, but I highly doubt Blizzard would put that type of class in D3 seeing as how they would be difficult to input into the world of Sanctuary.
Hmmm, I'm predicting the Sorceress/Sorcerer. They were pretty popular in D2 and since they've already shown a melee class and a summoning class (somewhat), then the next logical step would be a magic oriented character. Sorc's FTW.
Barb looked great in the vids. I was never really big on Barbs in D2 (except for the buffs) so maybe with the new skills I'll play him more in D3. I'm sure fans are happy to see he still has Whirl Wind.
The Which Doctor does look pretty bad ass. I'm hoping he's not going to replace the Necro like everyone is saying though. If he does, then I hope he has a Bone Cage spell so I can still trap nubs while they're getting gang banged by massive cows in the Cow Level. Of course, this is assuming there will even be a Cow Level.
I'd have to go with Lightning as well. My Sorc's lightning did up to 44k which was pretty much a guaranteed one shot kill for almost any class (except for the druid with that elemental absorb armor skill). In second place would have to be Teleport. Thanks to Enigma, it was pretty much a must have for any PVP class.
