On pc everything is delivered via in-game mail. If i remember correctly console has a mailbox in town, see if any/all of your special items are there. If not is there a mail-related menu option. And finally, were any items in your inventory? If the answer is no to all of them you may have been given a code that you'll need to enter on the store to upgrade your account from basic to the eternal edition
As far as pure solo'ing goes, order helps shave alot of time, and since you're on t10 you dont need singularity, archer rune does just fine and helps with the random elites along the way to keep ingeom up.
Key points to remember about it. You're doing a conquest... dont kill anything you dont need to, dont loot anything at all, dont ever teleport to town without very nessesary reason.. simply tele boss to boss.
