Bashiok responds with "I hear ya". That's just his way of saying he acknowledges the opinion, not that he's in agreeance. I believe you misinterpreted it.
The patch definitely doesn't meet my expectations. I didn't even have that high of expectations. I was hoping for more balancing of the characters. Though, Respec'ing adds quite a bit of game play variety. Now you can splurge your points into low level skills instead of strategizing your skill tree for the later levels. The first 30 levels should be more interesting.
Still not enough changes to get me playing again.

Lol, I loved that response. When I first read the question I considered "not repopulating" as an answer. Alot of peoples answers are more like "What's your perfect dream date". Screw that, I'd rather have a dog. Something more faithful, something that I could trust to not canibalize me in my sleep. Not only that, I'm not sure I'm all for the idea of repopulating through incest. I would be responsible for a society with potential genetic abnormalities. Would I want that..

I highly recommend joining the SLAYERS legion. We are a legion that strive to be the tool of war to Lord Silver and his neverending conquest to cleanse the world of evil. However, SLAYERS is the Silver's Legionary Advocates Yielding Elite Reckless Surpremecy. You must be a very formidable warrior to join our ranks in SLAYERS. Below is the Code of SLAYERS, rules and regulations to become one. Again, I highly recommend joining our legion for we shall be the most feared legion in SICK and all those whom have walked the path of evil.
The Code of SLAYERS
1.
Thous shalt follow the rules of Silversurfnstudism;
-Silversurfnstud is thy Lord God, Obey him.
-Thou shall not speak ill of thy fellow brothers in arms nor of the honourable dead, thou shall speak ill of exiled and executed members and the dishonourable dead
-Thou shalt not take up arms against thy brothers in arms without just cause.
-Thou must be dedicated 100% to the erradication of all Evils the plague the lands

Thou will follow the rules of the Silver Inferno Crusading Knights (SICK)
-Must obey Lord God Silversurfnstud, and the laws of Silversurfnstudism (see above)
-Thou must always follow the commands of members of the Guild ranked higher than thou
-Thous must be a team player, solo glory is frowned upon
-Must be respectful to teammates and other players but should thou wish to challenge thy fellow Guild/Legion member thy must have consent from both thous commanding officer/s
-Thou must be strong enough to be self-dependent when/if the time comes
-Thou must be willing to help others in need within the clan
-Thou must not whine, beg, spam, etc. In other words, don’t be an asshat
-Thou shalt not use hacks, bots, editors, dupes
-Thou must be communicative with the clan
-Thou must enjoying playing the game
-Thou must play regularly or risk being exiled from the Guild
-Thou must have a solid understanding of the game, as well as a smart and effective playstyle (your playstyle will be assessed during tryouts)

Thou must strive to have an internet connection worthy and capable for the game, for I will not suffer lag when its avoidable

Thou must have a character/s ready for battle when thou art summoned to play. for example: LoD character at level 80.
--Should you wish to make a new character for purposes outside our branch you shall leave your own character alone.
--Remaking of characters you must have the new character fully leveled and ready for a one transition.

have created the ranking system to be used for SLAYERS. It will be as followed.
Baron---Carloseus
War Cheif---Fudlow
Senior Officer---Thasador
Commanding Officers---Ferret, Warlord55
Slayers---Murderface, Dxrules, Cuddz, Jarhead89, Cory33, Kore4n Newb
Commanding Officer positions will be given to those who apply first. To become
Generals you must first prove yourselves worthy. Slayers are the bottom-most of our ranks (which is still a high position!!)
Promotions are a possibility. Stay loyal and persistent and you will be rewarded.
SLAYERS Declaration
To those to whom it may concern,
Far too long has evil held tight to our lands. Corruption breeds in leaders, dishonor and deception capture the weak, and civil war threatens to tear all that humanity has fought so hard to resist. But there is hope. Soon the Great Wars shall come and here will Sick introduce itself to the world.

Test of Entry
The first is to have a high character level.
70-74=1 point
75-79=2 points
80-84=3 points
85-89=4 points
90-higher=5 points
(If you have more than one character that is at these level requirements, that would be added)
Baal runs by yourself
Baal run normal=1 points
Baal run nightmare=3 points
Baal run hell=5 points
Diablo runs by yourself
Diablo run normal=1 point
Diablo run nightmare=3 points
Diablo run hell=5 points
Mephisto Run Normal=1 point
Mephisto Run nightmare=3 points
Mephisto Run Hell=5 points
Cow Level Normal=1 point
Cow Level Nightmare=3 points
Cow Level Hell=5 points
All character must be in Hell difficulty
Total points have to equal at least 30 points. Having more is always good. The runs points are only used once. If you have 2 level 82 characters that are both able to do all the runs. Only one characters runs points are valid.
Alternate exeptions
Able to defeat ubers=This will get you into SLAYERS
All new members who wish to join starting tomorrow shall report to me for evaluation.
All SLAYERS members, please report any member that you were able to find to me via private messaging.
I will like to manage all recruiting for SLAYERS. This will help organization and maintain order for our commander.
I will monitor on Battle.net on the new recruitee's strength. If you are able to obtain at least 30 points, you will receive my OK to put in a request to Lord Silver, Elfen Lied and Carloseus. If you fail to reach the minimum points to be approved to join SLAYERS you will be subjected to another attempt after 24 hours has passed.

Now this may sound harsh, I just wanted to point something out. Having unprotected sex multiple times doesn't display maturity. I understand it takes alot of effort to raise a kid, beyond my comprehension level. It's just alot of people try to justify themselves by claming maturity through kids and what not. Maybe you're doing a piss poor job at raising them, maybe you're gonna be evicted next month, maybe your fiance is cheating. There are varying degrees of maturity, those things you mentioned are just situational, not actual analytical to -maturity-.
Of course I never meant to pry into your personal life, nor did I mean to judge your lifestyle. It is something I would be interested in(the clan/guild that is), only if there was revisions. When I say revisions, I mean reduce the cheey level about 80%.
It's just a suggestion, not a command. If you want to raise the popularity of clans I think you need to consider who you're appealing to. So far your aiming for an extremely young age group, it will just degrade the clans persona.
