I'm presuming that's for the Americas, because in Europe it's a WW barb using Might of the Earth set.
Any particular reason why you haven't highlighted the other region's CR?

Yes, cromartie.
I'd really rather not have to do CR's at all, but the material benefit and short time of the CR makes them too good to pass up though.
Still hate them. They're always classes / builds I really dislike playing, or have no idea how to play.

Except that you can clearly see that they're using the old rune styles and skill tree layout. So yeah, that video proves nothing.

Each difficulty is hard level capped (or should I say 'floored'?). If you're level 1 you cannot enter Nightmare difficulty even if you've been boosted.

Except that every video I've seen showing this rune is using the old rune system.
My take on the rune is that you cast Teleport, it starts the 1 second clock. Regardless of how many times you cast Teleport in between, the cooldown will start when that clock reaches 1 second.

Jay specifically stated that being boosted will severely lower your XP gain.

^ this.
If adding 20 AP also gave you 2 AP per second, they would just say "Adds 20 AP" and the regen would be implied. But they've gone out of their way to say both, so they are seperate.

Essentially yes.
Even if you're the correct level to gain XP, if another really high level person is with you, you will get much much less too.
No. You don't gain more for being lower level than the monsters.
Monsters will give a base XP, or less depending on your level (and whether you're being boosted).

Big differences between either of those 3 will likely result in very low XP gain for at least one of the members.

Simulacrum gives you 2 Images each at your max health. So total extra 200%.
Duplicates give you 5 Images each at 25% of your max health. So a total extra of 125%.
Basically, even if they die in 1 hit, that's 1 hit you or your team didn't take. And likely they won't die in 1 hit anyway, especially if you take Simulacrum. And why would they even have the skill if they didn't scale well in the difficulties. They have health based on your own. If you can survive a fair few hits, then so will your images, again, especially if you take Simulacrum.
They definately won't last their full duration in Hell or Inferno, but will be enough to warrant their use, because if they are being attacked, you are not.

Well, yes and no. Mirror Images adds more targets for mobs to attack. Chances are my team and myself will less likely be attacked.
Since I'll be duo'ing at most with a Witch Doctor, I don't really feel like Slow Time will be all that useful and Frost Nova is far too up-close-and-personal for my liking.

I'll swap Volatility with Intensify on Disintegrate if I need to do some more powerful single target dps.
Diamond Skin is my self centric, and Mirror Images is team centric. They should be a good enough distraction to help my team fall back if need be.

It's not about the damage done for that choice. Simply having Distinegrate and Ray of Frost as your only damage choice is bad because they both root you in place while you do damage. You can easily get swamped in such situations. You could do with at least one fire and forget skill.
Also not having an AP generator will harm your overall dps in the long-run.
This is why I would go MM with Attunement for AP generation. The second skill doesn't really matter and can be switched around depending on situation.
That's if you plan on going the 2 dps spells approach.
