I always hated, despised even, the gameplay of FF games. Beyond boring and tedious. Make it action based and still so interesting story wise, and I would have played them more.
Tried to get in a few. Thought FF8 was very interesting but again, gameplay got in the way. Random encounters with appearing enemies and turn based system... all day long... yaaaawn...
FF7, story wise... looked very interesting, and everybody loves it. So I thought lets give it a shot, right? I'm sorry but I can't. I play ugly games alright. But FF7 is beyond ugly. It was done in that one era of absolutely disgusting 3D that looks worse than Pong, Doom, and any half-3D games I've seen. It truly is the ugliest game I have ever seen, and one of the only game I can actually say: I can't play it, because its too damn ugly!
I'm saying that because people find that FF7 "aged well", but no 3D game looks as bad as it does. I never thought I'd push a game away purely because of its graphic before I played it again.
Why do you ever post. Every time I read one of your comments they are negative. There are millions and millions and millions and millions of people who will disagree with you on everything you just said. For the time when FF7 came out it was one of the best looking games. You saying Doom looked better than FF7 is complete BS, obviously to today's standards its ugly but for back then it was really good. Me thinks you are one of those people who just likes you complain about every single thing.
I don't think the remaster will happen(remake sounds like they are going to change things). They have been trying to do this for years, probably longer than D3 has been in development for and still nothing. I would love it if they remaster FF7 along with Tactics onto PS3. Also Crisis Core, they should definitely put this onto PS3 as well. I'm not a fan of any FF after 8. They all seem the same exact thing to me. And I hated the new battle mechanics they had in 12. I like the old school stand and pick an attack.
Blizzard/Diablo 3 is too big to care about other releases. People have been waiting this game for more than 3 years now. Who gives a shit if Skyrim and COD are released this year as well? People will still buy diablo 3 and play this game either way. Sorry but you are wrong. They are pushing back the release date cause the game is not ready. Or at least, not ready enough for them to release it this year.
You saying they are to big to care about other companies is such a closed minded statement it's not even funny. They take EVERYTHING into consideration from game play to other release dates. You obviously don't know anything about marketing strategy. That's like says James Cameron would put Titanic out at the same time as Jurassic Park. It's one thing to go against one game but to compete with about 4 or 5 other games is very poor logistics; it's doesn't matter if they are the same type of game or not.

There are other major releases coming out in the next few months like SWTOR, Skyrim, BF3, CoD MW3, ex. All these big games are coming out at around the same time and a lot of people play all these games. I don't think people are going to be able to spend $300+ in 2-3 months for all these games including D3 if it came out this year. So Blizzard waiting till next year for people to cool off from those releases and get pumped up for theirs is the right move no matter how to look at it.
I love all the people crying about something that they knew was going to happen but were just in SUPER DUPER denial. I mean come on haven't you learned anything from SC2. Blizzard never puts things out when they say they are. It doesn't matter to me though, Blizzard always delivers on their games so waiting as long as I knew I would have to makes no difference to me.

I just spent a better part of 2 hours cleaning the inside of my computer and I'm tired. We are remodeling the kitchen so there is a shit load of dust all over the house for some reason even with tarps up and doors closed. I looked closely inside the computer last night and there was dust caked on the fans, hoses, cards, ex. I used Qtips and gas duster stuff. The Qtips were okay but they are about 4" long so it was hard to reach the back.
So basically my question is what do you guys use/do to clean your cases. I was thinking of getting a small vacuum to help clean. Are there any cleaning kits with small tools that would help? I really need something because my room is really dusty in general and with this remodel going on its crazy dusty. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

FF7, FF3, and Tactics are my favorite games of all time. I bought brand new unopened copies of FF7 and Tactics last month because my other copies were played so much they weren't working anymore. FF3 is probably the hardest FF I have ever played. Chrono Trigger is a classic. My brother got both FF3 and Chrono Trigger couple years ago and payed out the ass to get them but I think it was well worth it. I grew up on these games and there the only console games I can play. All other console games are boring.
tbh im not the biggest fan of sw in general. they are great movies, and the first trilogy is like my 3rd favourite trilogy of all time, after lotr and back to the future.
I just got my LOTR blu-ray trilogy and Back to the Future 25th Anniversary couple days ago. Gotten love it when Newegg sends DOA items and gives store credit.
On a side note if you every think about buying movies from newegg, DON'T. I'll leave it at that.

Sometimes I think that they should have made Ep1-3 the way that the Clone Wars cartoon is on CN. So it showed Obi-Wan and Anakin on missions but then the whole thing would be so big and the episodes wouldn't line up. GL shouldn't have called them episodes in my opinion so then he could have actually expanded on all the prequels. He could have done the EP1 then a thing of Clone Wars. Then EP2 and again a season of CW's. And lastly EP3. The reason I think some people didn't like the prequels is because they didn't show Anakin grow up. He's like 9 in EP1 then in EP2 he was 20. That's a huge gap of lost story, then mid 20's in the 3rd. If they filled in those gaps I think a lot more people would have been happy. Anyways that's my opinion.
Not sure if this is true or not, but a lot of sites (I think gizmodo had something about it) have been reporting that GL is dubbing the "NOOOO" from the end of Ep 3 onto Vader's Emperor tossing at the end of Ep 6. If that's true, then I do NOT want them.
I don't think he would do that. That's way to big of a change to make.
My annoyance is that GL isn't just putting in better special effects and cleaning up little mistakes (the nipple slip in Jabba's palace), but actually changing somewhat more important things, like how the ghost Anakin now looks like his young, annoying self, instead of his old self, like Yoda and Obi-Wan. I mean, the actual actor got shafted enough, what with his voice being replaced by good Ole James Earl Jones.
That is one thing I didn't like when they changed Anakin's ghost at the end of Ep6 from the original actor to Hayden Christensen.
I remember the first time I saw 4-6 on VHS, I was like 8. My cousin was a huge SW fan he had probably every single action figure and collectible crap that came out and still in the boxes. I always wanted to open them and play with them but he'd always flip out when I got near them. When he got the VHS box set I think we watched each one like 3-4 times. I love those movies.

The only thing I didn't like about the second and third one was Hayden Christensen. He was really whiny and annoying.
