My only real problem with the RMAH is its effect on PvP. It doesn't sound as if PvP will be based on pre-structured character classes, and that instead you will be able to take your own build into the arena????? (Not sure though, missed this info if it's up.) If that's the case, players who purchase off the RMAH will quickly outclass players who choose to farm for their gear. Bummer, because PvP was one of the additions I was really looking forward to. As far as the campaign goes, I'm sure it will be fun as hell, and I couldn't care less about the RMAH in that respect.
