The addition of a slow/stun/interrupt . Before you attack you can choose where you finish. Instead of damage you create a pentagram looking set of walls made of pure holly energy, slowing and injuring enemies that pass through them. You dash towards a single target dealing 7 strikes which by pass armor/defense but only do a percentage of weapon damage. Seven different mOnks appear casting all of your active spells at once but in a reduced efficiency/damage. Each attack has a randomized element added to it. Every strike creates a whirlwind damaging enemies in their paths....running out of ideas.

Wish they had meteor hammer as an option, similar to how jet li uses a fire hose as a weapon or Jackie chan. But I'll go for maul, because seeing a monk fly around screen , seven sided strike style, with a maul will be barb blowing rape whistle supper fun time imo. But I'm sure end game item versions of claws will have more class benefits than a big bad maul.

I agree with you, I wonder if barb can jump over those, or if movement skills circumvent it as in it's only made to stop people from running past. Because if it did infact completely block some one you could sandwich a player between two of those or a zombie wall etc giving a good few seconds to cast some devastating moves. Simply confining your enemy is a huge advantage. What other skills does monk have that are pvpish and do any of the runes combine with skills to become cc'ish like stuns, slows, fears etc?...hopefully they wont have something like clegaws pincers or whatever that had supper slow on it and knockback, so cheap.

Pretty sure MOST diablo players will be thankful for this change. No longer does some one have to click 1000 times to the power of 300 while praying to pick up at least something off a boss drop. Of course that was with 8 players, 4 might be more tame. Some people are kind when items drop "oh that unique isn't for my class , u want?". Others "hey ur not even using shields can I have that?"
    "have what?"
    "that shield!"
    "what shield....?"
Suppose it all depends who u play with but most of us will forget our manners when something gold or green drops, and become kleptos. In the end this just means four times as much loot dropped, 4 times as likely to get something you need. On the other hand maybe the game will lose some je ne sais quois because it's easier to get loot? I'm for it.

posted a message on What about pvp battlegrounds on d3?
As long as its nothing like wow! I appreciate the fact that the Diablo team has tried hard to stay as far away from going wow on its diablo fans as possible. I've also been playing wow for a few years now and have enjoyed it. But merging the two would ruin diablo for me. By nothing like wow i mean, PVP items, honor points, stuff like that. The actual game modes themselves have been around for years, capture the flag, siege, etc. i like the idea of PVP with monsters. People that bash it probably have a very small imagination. there are plenty of different ways this could be implemented to make it fun and interesting.

Agreed. 5 classes 5 chars and a bit harder. Not unhappy but would prefer, maybe even as an update in the future. And according to your whichdoctor numbers, that's the equivalent of 1 maybe 1 and a half summoner necros. Again it's about choices, the more, the better imho.
