Received an email about being banned due to use of Bots even when I never used it. I'm not a kid, payed for the game on launch, and received the expansion as a gift when it launched too.
Had moderate play but on March of this year I really played a lot since I'm was under vacation and I was really stressed, so I played my game to relax. When I come back to work I stopped playing and finally a month later my game was banned.
Opened four tickets in total but they just said that had been appealed and the ban would not be lifted. They do not give any additional information.
I was considering going to court about this. But this cost and stress trying to regain my game would not be reasonable.
