Eternal union is rolling with 5 primary affixes.
I think this is temporary - Eternal Union is supposed to have an affix that increases Phalanx avatar duration by 200% (according to patch notes)... I suspect the 5th affix is a placeholder until that's implemented.

You could always stop Steed Charge early. I used to do it when I was farming RoRG.
Just double checked this, you're right. Sorry, my bad. Guess I didn't use Endurance enough on live (always used to use Nightmare).

Pretty sure this is new... After about one second, Crusader's Steed Charge can be ended early by using a different ability - previously you had to wait the entire duration of Steed Charge to do anything.

The proc from Baleful Remnant (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/baleful-remnant) now always procs if enemies die near you, no matter who kills it (now procs on assists as well would be the best way to word it, I guess) - previously you had to be the one to land the killing blow (even the avatars from the weapon would not spawn more avatars before).

    This is a huuuuuuuuuuge buff...

Stormshield (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/stormshield) got a huge buff.

Previously reduced damage from melee attacks by 25 - 30%, now reduces by 44 - 50%... and this change is retroactive, unlike the majority of other legendary changes. A Stormshield I have from Live is now up to 49% melee reduction.

Doombringer (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/doombringer) no longer rolls Life % as a primary, but *does* roll 5 primary stats.

On live, the Crusader skill Slash with the Guard rune is bugged, it stacks 10 times for a total of 50% armor (unlike the description, which states it only stacks 5 times).

On PTR, they've fixed this, it now only stacks 5 times for 25% armor.

I'm pretty sure vitality usually gives more life than % life which means if you are rerolling out of health then % life would be the better option. The defender of westmarch is the better shield here especially when you aren't stuck with what you can reroll.
718 Vitality provides 57,440 life, meaning if he has 382,933 or more HP (after removing the vit/life % in question) and doesn't have any other life % buffs, the life % is more valuable. So, in this case, you might be right, the vitality may be worth more, since it's unlikely he doesn't have other sources of life % gain.

I see you didn't re-roll the block from your defender. Do you think block is better than res all or - elite damage?
You should definitely reroll the vit over the block chance. Unfortunate that the base block chance rolled so low (10%, lowest possible), but that +% block chance will definitely give you more in the long run (Divine Fortress, block mitigation, and the Defender's proc).

The Defender of Westmarch is definitely the better shield here.
Really re roll the vit? I'm at 400k hp now, if I roll the vit to elite or AR, It will leave me at 320k hp, isn't that a little low for T5/6? I feel like leaving the block and rolling the vit is going to cause spikier health fluctuation than I already have.

How much HP/Mitigation should I be aiming for? Im at 400k/850AR/17k armor now.
It's up to you - the only thing to note is that vitality provides an inflated toughness stat, it doesn't actually increase your overall mitigation. Every point of mitigation (block, all res, elite damage reduction, armor, etc) increases the effectiveness of all healing you receive, vitality doesn't provide the same effect. After you have enough health to survive a damage spike, you should be focusing on raising mitigation, not health.

It just comes down to how much health you're comfortable having, really.

posted a message on 1000 Caches?
If you've been tracking the acts each cache is coming from, I'd be interested to know whether the act 4 caches have a higher legendary drop chance than the other acts (since it pulls from a pool of all available cache legendaries).

posted a message on What is the oppinion on the Smite builder?
I think he's talking specifically about using it as a ranged generator, not as a main DPS skill (no Golden Scourge or Armor of the Kind Regent), and it actually works reasonably well in that regard.

The Armor of the Kind Regent/Golden Scourge *could* make it viable for more than that... if they fixed the armor so the second Smite could hit the same targets.

posted a message on Blood Ritual Life Regen ignores paragon stats.
They rarely respond to bug reports. It's a bug, I'm not sure there's much for an official blue post to confirm here.

Bumping threads on the Blizzard forums isn't necessary - if you post it in the bug report forums, they'll read it. You can't expect a response to every thread made.

Imagine the number of blue posts required daily with the number of threads that go through there - most bug reports can't be replied to immediately, they need to be run by devs, meaning they can't just throw out a quick "it's a bug"... and by the time they know for sure, the bug report is on the 20th page, responding is irrelevant, so the bug report forum is intended for one-way reporting only (unless more information is required).

Constant bumping will only cause problems with their bug reporting process (and in turn, you'll get in trouble for it).
