I too am really saddened by the shutting down of Diablofans. Its a very sad time for all of us. I really have had an awesome time creating build guides and helping and being helped on Diablofans. I will not soon forget the wonderful resource that is Diablofans. I also just want give you Bagstone a really big shoutout. Thank you so much for all the hard work and contributions you have made to Diablofans and the Diablo 3 community over the many years. You and Diablofans have enriched our Diablo 3 experience. Thanks everyone, I hope you all continue play and enjoy Diablo 3 for many more years to come.
On the PTR I never measured the db/hr rate of two builds, but as you say UE MS will clear the rift itself faster. This will result in more keys/mats/legs per hr for sure. All in all I prefer to run UE MS in normal rifts, its just too damn strong and fun to clear entire screens with a click of your mouse button. Shadow Impale will still be viable to run T13 with, but UE MS is noticeable more efficient, so personally I would stick with UE MS.
I had 1353 paragon. There were 3 augments of 67,67 and 68 all to intelligence. I used a Bane of the Stricken level 94, Esoteric level 94 and Ban of the Trapped level 86. This resulted in a sheet DPS of 1.8 mil, which is good, but not super high.
What is the State of JadeHarvaster currently? It got buffs damage and toughness wise. Few Seasons ago i managed an easy GR 80 with it maybe first week into the Season. What can i expect?
expect at least 10 GRs higher i think.
Over on the PTR for 2.6.1 with 1.8 mil sheet dps, I cleared a 94. This was done in softcore and I did die 3 times, but I'm not an experienced jade player. In the hands of a well skilled and geared jade player clearing north of 100 should not be a problem.
Here is a list of all the Classes / Builds (SC) in Season 12 on PTR 2.6.1 that currently have cleared 100+
Barb: IK Hota - 103
Sader: Akkhan Condemn - 100
DH: UE Multishot - 102
Shadow Impale - 100
Monk: Sunwuko WoL - 101
Necro: Pestilence Corpse Lance - 105
WD: Arachyr Fire Bats - 103
Wizard: Firebird Channeling Meteors - 104
Tal Rasha Channeling Meteors - 104
Of course these builds are not the only ones that can clear 100+, but the ones that have cleared it so far. Patch 2.6.1 will make mutiple builds across every class viable and truly great to play. It looks like Season 12 will have the best build diversity ever. We'll all be kids in a very well stocked Candy Store ;-)
Currently in Season 12 on PTR 2.6.1, in SC, there are 100+ clears for every class. Literally you can't go wrong, the best thing to do is think about which class you enjoy playing the most and play it. All classes are shaping up to have very good competitive builds for season 12. Blizzard and Don Vu are doing a terrific job providing the kind of build diversity that we all have been asking for, for a long long time.
As a side note, here is a video of my S12 HC Impale DH clear from last night: GR 100 HC
Shadow Impale just received a couple of buffs via a hotfix Friday evening. The hotfix buffed the Shadow 6p from 40k to 50k and changed the Impale bonus on Karlei's Points from 60%-80% to 375%-500%. As of now, these changes are not reflected in the text on the Shadow set or Karlei's Points, but they are live on the PTR. The text will be corrected at a later date.

The buffs to Impale are just what it needed, as it places Impale near the top builds currently on the PTR. It will be so nice to have another viable option to push solo DH in Season 12. Thank you Blizzard, Thank you Don Vu, Job well done !!!
First of all the Necromancer's Blood is Power passive does not seem to proc the 20% cdr when cumulatively losing 100% health as it states it should. Second it seems to be a poorly designed cdr passive even if it worked as advertised. As it stands it's just an inferior version of the evocation passive for wizards. If there is going to be a gimmick involved, then the resulting cdr granted should be higher than one granted w/o a gimmick.
On another Note I really think Blizzard is missing an opportunity to make this passive something interesting and unique in the game. My suggestion would be to redesign the passive so that when you cumulatively lose (some amount of) health it reduces all cd's by one sec. This way it will be possible to continuously benefit from the passive in a way similar to the grave injustice passive for Witch Doctors, but not in a way that is game breaking.
Ty,I dont use Pain enhancer though. I am using bane of trapped, bane of the powerful and gogok. Would pain enhancer be better with Attack speed? I always tought pain enhancer was better with area damage istead of Attack speed. Appreciate your answers. Ty.
If you use Pain Enhancer for solo pushing and I recommend that you do, it is my opinion that having attack speed on any gear outside of your Karlei's Point is not needed. The reason is that PE provides plenty of attack speed and those increased attack speed rolls can be better rolled as area damage. Areas damage is huge with this build when playing solo, especially in conjunction with PE. Area damage allows for more effective clearing of dense packs and provides for more consistent clearing of GR's in general. I noticed a significant difference from having 3 AD rolls vs only one.
Thanks Bagstone, I don't know why or how it got removed, but it's good to have it back. As I said previously it contains a lot of comments that can be useful for the community to reference that are applicable to the latest build (Shadow Assassin GR 95+) as well.
I seem to be missing one of my builds. This is the link to the build I am referring to: http://www.diablofans.com/builds/87690-2-5-0-shadow-assassin-gr-90-videos. I made this build back in mid February from work I was doing on the PTR testing out Shadow Impale. As such it was tagged as 2.4.3. Later once the guide builder allowed builds to be tagged as 2.5.0, I recreated the build and the new one is still there and going strong. On the surface it would seem that no harm would come from the other build being deleted but it has extensive comments that others could reference but now that its missing, that is not possible. I personally did not delete the build. Did an admin delete it? Please advise and help clear this up.
I just wanted to give everyone an update on Dervishes. They not only reflect missiles (Impale Daggers) back to the person attacking, but into the entire party. This is especially dangerous for a Shadow Impale DH and his/her party. A couple of times this season I have accidently procced the firebats WD in my party and nearly procced the support monk too, by firing impales near Dervishes. For a Shadow Impale DH its extremely important not to fire into spinning Dervishes when in a party. Take care around these very dangerous mob types.

I created http://www.diablofans.com/builds/85152-2-4-3-ue-danettas-grenade-fast-and-furious-videos and it was originally tagged as 2.4.2a. Also http://www.diablofans.com/builds/85722-2-4-3-ue-danettas-grenades-fast-and-furious-videos was originally tagged 2.4.3. Both these builds have since been retagged as 2.5.0. I have updated both these build guides recently, I can only speculate that these revisions may have retagged both of them to 2.5.0. Would it be possible to have these build guides tagged back to their original patches to eliminate any confusion? Thanks helping.

Yes the problem remains. I did not delete this build and if you hit the link, you will see that the build no longer exists. Please advise, thank you.

I just tried replying to a comment and it does indeed seem that this problem has been fixed. Thanks Angry for giving us a heads up on the fix.
