posted a message on Is My Account Bugged? Certain items keep dropping whereas others seem to forever elude me -.-"
With the celebration of Diablo's anniversary coming to an end and the bonus percentage drops to legendaries becoming a permanent one, I just want to stress firstly that I DO NOT have a problem with the current legendary drop rate. What I have a problem with is that certain items simply refuse to drop regardless of the number of times I thrust myself into the wilderness in search of them. Instead, other items have a tendency of popping into my screen repeatedly.

Take for example the highly vital Ring of Royal Grandeur(RORG). Till date, I have already accomplished 1991 bounties. More than half of it was done to seek out that legendary ring. Meaning to say, I have opened more than 1000 Act 1 caches(probably more than 1500) and have not gotten a single RORG. In the meantime, I have gotten so many Mad Monarch Scepters that I could probably arm Shiva the Destroyer with one in each hand. No offense to Shiva the Destroyer, but I think its high time I got a ring or 2 so I can finally propose to Queen Maghda. She's been complaining about having no status(you know girls...), so please make it a good 1-2 rings so I can make it up to her properly. Also, it is really disheartening to see my friends, whom have played less than a quarter of the time I have, get 2 RORG. I know people always talk about RNG but unfairness to this level is simply ridiculous. I don't mind farming for my items, but at some point in time, they have got to APPEAR so I will be able to progress my character and continue to have faith that hard work does reap rewards.

Another example I have to substantiate my case of repeating drops would be that of my Akkahn set. So far, I have 3 boots and 2 shoulders. 2 shoulders I understand. But 3 boots? Are the other 2 for my mount? I understand that sometimes I push that poor animal a little too hard and Blizzard wants to ensure it doesn't suffer from blisters. But I believe 3 boots is more than enough. I will make sure my steed wears the other 2. So can you please start dropping me my chest, helm and pants? There is a saying called "Safety First". I believe it is your obligation to take care of the rider before the animal. I mean, what if I fall off my horse when he is running too fast.

I believe I have made a sufficient enough of a case. I hope you do look into it. I love the legendary drop rate now. Its just not dropping the correct legendaries.

posted a message on DiabloFans Calculator Build Contest (ONE POST ONLY)
    My Barbarian's PVE Build:

    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WdhSeP!cYZ!ZZabYZ

First of all i'll explain the skill choices : It has high mobility, 2 buffs and barely any fury consumption...
You must be wondering no fury spenders except for Wrath of the Berserker, "This guy is mad", "His build probably sucks..." and "Where is his DPS?".
Well here are the listed bonuses you get with all the max buffs and stuffs you can get from my build:

Crit Chance : +(28%)[Wrath of the Berserker,Battle Rage, Weapon Master(Axe/Mace) and Ruthless]
    Crit Dmg : +(50%)[Ruthless]
Attack Speed: +(100%)[Frenzy(Buff stacks) and Wrath of the Berserker]
Damage Increase: +(150%)[Frenzy(Buff stacks),Battle Rage and Wrath of the Berserker]
    Armor Increase: +(50%)[Warcry]
    HP Increase: +(10%)[Warcry]
    HP Regen: +(2% + 890/sec)[Inspiring Presence + Warcry/Battle Rage]
Dodge Chance: +(20%)[Wrath of the Berserker]
Movement Speed: +(20%)[Wrath of the Berserker]

I guess the main focus is that the buffs with wrath of the berserker will grant you a whopping additional 28% chance to crit
on top of your own static crit as well as stats from items and also a whopping additional 150% damage increase. So imagine end game say being idealistic i would crit for 50% total and with all the other pleasant buffs to go with. Some might ask what for my skills. I would reply them this Leap Attack/Furious Charge to get you out of sticky situations.
Frenzy well it will be the main DPS and if I maybe get some gear to give me life leech. I could just tank and spank the mobs no hurry to clear them off with AoE skills.

How to Use: Frenzy to DPS, Furious Charge and Leap Attack to DPS as well as get out of sticky situations.
Battle Rage and Warcry are buffs that last quite awhile because of Inspiring Presence but must be always kept up.
Wrath of the Berserker to give extra kick in DPS or a difficult fight.

Hope you guys enjoyed it, this is just one of my many builds which I will be using for PVE/PVM and probably PVP depending on how well it works.

Seeing those buffs just make my drool... :3

Just curious. Im from singapore and am curious to find out what servers that Blizz have at the moment for Beta testing (i.e US, EU. SEA)
If any of u are connected to US/EU/SEA Servers do u guys lag or experience Delays or DC's?

Also if would be nice to state where u are from and what net speed u are using right now.

P.S.: This question is mainly targeted to SEA players who have Beta access

    Thx alot! :D

posted a message on Gw2 beta or Diablo 3 beta which would u choose
Well i would play Diablo 3 Beta until i really uds and get a good feel of the system maybe maxing 3 characters for testing purposes. As for Guild Wars 2 Hell yea would spend some time on it as well. As for which i would choose if i had both(which i clearly have none) i would say which has the highest replayability at that point of time is which i would play more. Good luck to all people out there trying to get into any of the betas :3

Neither, the current system in place. I do not want to have to farm to be able to use the skills I want to play the game. However, seeing as I want to experiment anyways, I have absolutely no problem with the current system.

You people seem to think you have this perfect build in mind, and you won't need to stray from it. Well sorry, but only a complete idiot would think he has everything figured out because he starred at the skill calculator for a few hours. That means absolutely nothing in practice. Heck, we don't even know how some of these skills function in game, yet you think you have your perfect build already to go? BS BS BS!

I never said i have the perfect build in mind... And u still get to try out ur skills with the old rune system. U can always put a lower tier rune to see the rune effects. Higher tier runes just enhances the effect. And seeing that the lazy bum u are i won't blame u. Hey some people like it easy I don't blame them. And as i said in my original post i said both systems aren't perfect both have flaws. I'm just baffled by how people think this current iteration is good because clearly its still flawed much like its older iteration... I just prefer the older one cuz it requires u to actually work for it much harder.

Srsly is it so hard to understand the new skill system clearly has drawbacks. Good lord with people Q.Qing about the old system with inventory. You have a shared Stash FFS with ur other characters. Im sry if that didnt make any sense to u ppl or seemed like a damn huge hassle.

The new system doesnt give u FULL CUSTOMIZABILITY until u hit lvl 60 or so(End-Game) which blizzard has been trying to so-called provide us with. So unless u hit higher levels u dont have full access. Don't get me wrong i aint 1 of those noobs who are dying to get lesser challenge out of the game. I'm just saying that Blizzard kinda slapping their own face. And for goodness sake its a rushed implementation.

It might not seem obvious to some ppl out there but seriously start opening ur eyes and see things for what they really are. And like some other guy mentioned a few posts back removing runes as drops just meant lessen economy and less item farming. Well if u guys don't like farming to make awesome characters, D3 is not the game for u cuz u're just some wanker who's too damn lazy to do any damned thing and shld just play some casual game.

Now don't get me wrong both systems have flaws but any1 who says the new system is good or btr than the previous ones deserves a slap in the face.

I see quite a few people voicing concerns about their game experience up to 60, but isnt that only a small fraction of the game? Sure gameplay would be rather the same between people of the same class at low levels, but is that really much different than the old system? Not that I can tell, and as you level you continually unlock new abilities, thus drastically increasing the number of viable playstyles. Just seems like a moot issue.

There are no runes in the game that are game breaking....To say that this system is flawed because you don't get a certain rune til a certain level is the same as saying the WD is flawed because he doesnt get horrify until 55.

Your argument makes no sense at all.

Ohh and with the old system, sure you could have every single ability you THOUGHT you wanted for your build, but chances are you would have absolutely terrible runes for the longest time. With the new system you might have to experiment a bit, but you could still use something similar to that build and not be gimp.

So answer me this. Which is more fun?Level up and be automatically given new skill runes(im talking abt skill runes not skills mind u) or level up, farm the runes and make ur skills stronger? I guess what we're missing out with the new system is the fact that ur supposed to become stronger gearing up as u level. Imagine Blizzard rewarding u btr equipments just because u leveled up. Its like spoon-feeding IMO

posted a message on SEA not getting enough love?
I'm just curious that whether SEA regions are getting enough attention for Diablo 3. I mean I did not just realise this but just wanted to share my thoughts. There are alot of gamers in SEA and im sure a pretty huge amount of people dying to play D3 as well. But there hasnt been any sweepstakes for SEA region so the only way we can ever get a chance at Diablo 3 is by opt-in or a key given out by fansites...

I feel Blizzard should give a sweepstakes for SEA seems abit more fair IMO. Anyways good luck to all trying to get a beta key as well.

Open Beta would be nice. I mean theres alot of people out there dying to try D3 but hey it would be really nice if everyone got to know what the game feels like now especially after so many iterations. I guess watching vids of Beta footage just aint gonna cut it for some people

posted a message on It would not be aswome if Diablo 3 came to Xbox 360
I guess the part that sucks about having Playstation/360 version of D3 is that in some way you are seperating the player base? Unless of course blizzard is saying they have cross-platform support. Personally I don't like the idea of seperating the player base and by making console versions of D3 is doing just that.

Not sure if Blizzard is trying to seperate community or earn more money :D
