at paragon lvl 801>infinity you will only gain points into your core tab 1 point per paragon level.

every point put into dex/str/int will give you 5 dex/str/int.

1. the radius of the exp boubble is about 2/3rds of your mini map in radius.

2. Both works well but the problem with crit is that the whole Dot is a crit or not and not every individual tick this is rather annoying and has been asked about for 2 years with no update to it in sight... AS% increases the damage of the dot but not the tick frequency.

3. Applied dots does sadly not scale dynamically. For the better and worse. Pets do however.

RoS will not have near the same problems with connectivity as Vanilla had, you can expect some bugs and minor lag and perhaps some high MS, but nothing major.

Sandboxie might do the trick. it can run a program inside a quarantine zone that is rune separately from the main windows. im not sure on how well it will interact with innerspace.

Well in a few months when the vanity shop opens up and 3 wings and 13 transmogs and 5 pets comes. all players wont have the same wings.

As for RoS:CE compared to D3:CE its a complete joke i know. Almost not even worth it but as a collector and for the sake of collecting i will get it.

As you can buy any version Retail, Digital, Digital Deluxe, Collectors Edition and register the key before march 31th and get the Wings. So just hope that they have the items in stock before 31th.

The Wings of Valorwill be automatically sent to your existing and any newly created Diablo III characters via an in-game notification starting March 20, 2014.

I see this as pretty compelling evidence that the patch 2.0 will hit on March 20th.

Some pointers its after AH shut down and before RoS release. they will have a lot of free server techniciansnot working on the wow servers at that time.

Also why chose that date to give em out on, and not the day patch 2.0 hits. Seems like an odd date in general.

what are your thoughts about this date?

Well for certain we know that the Pre-orders from blizzards own digital shop will get the wings if the pre-order atleast now.

As for Physical CE i can see it just being implemented into the Collectors edition status no matter when you get the got and use it.

as for regular physical copies this is the tricky bit. as there are almost no way to for em to track when and what was sold when. unless they keep track of the batches of CD-Keys. And then you could be in for a random surprise if you get it or not.

The more likely scenario is its given to any game key registered to the B.net profile within a certain time frame say 1-2 weeks after the 25th.

The literal sense yes, but the prase is commonly used as an uncertainty factor also, say you take your car to the repair shop and he says it will be done in a couple of days. sure he is probably aiming for 2 days but it could also take up to 5. it also could fall in more naturaly for him to say a couple then a few or several days.

well a couple of weeks is not always 2 weeks, it can be at least 2 and at most maybe 5-6. basically the same as to say a few weeks.

i don't get why people are so up in arms about when the patch will hit. and i can tell you with big certainty it wont hit before mars 18th. At least at this point. there is nothing stoping it from being released tomorrow or 1 month ago, but with only 25 days to go before the AH Shutdown it would just be to much of a hazle on there part to release it earlier then the 18th.

when i first heard about the AH Shutting down the 18th i pretty much knew that patch 2.0 would hit within 1 week of that and the expansion within 2 months of the AH shutdown. Guess i was right a bout RoS Hitting Within 2 months of the AH shutdown. and now its just a guessing game to when patch 2.0 will hit. and since the announsment of the release date for RoS, patch 2.0 will drop on the 18th to 25th of march.

As for the Pre-order wings its just stupid how they set it up. ATM basically saying fuck you to anyone who is getting the Physical Collectors edition. (physical standard edition is just meh anyway, better just pre-order digitaly anyway)

I think and hope it will be everyone that installs a key before a certain date say 14 days after release.

As for me if i don't get they wing cos i went with a physical CE instead of the Digital i will be pissed but it has been stated that the CE will hold the wings anyway.

have no clue how they will handle physical standard edition. but they could just leave a "pre-order" bonus like this to Digital standard/Deluxe and Physical Collectors edition.

anyway i hope they will sort it out. the wings feels like a half attempted thing to make up for the lack of CE/DDE content gone wrong.
