I read the interview up to the part where he states that he loves WOW.
Obviously, a guy in charge of the art is a fan of cartoons....

now you can start bashing me but I'll say what I think because i haven't really been posting anything on other threads where people argue about the new look of diablo.

Anyways, I look at the new screen shots, and its still missing that diablo feel no matter how much I want to force my self to believe that its actually the same old diablo look...

One color that sticks out the most is that ugly teal / aqua blue , thats a warcraft color that shouldnt even be in diablo. Diablo is a about dark ocean blue color , not about the warcraft 3 mana potion blue....

There are various other things that make this new diablo different from the old ones, not only color but the edges. the edges used to be sharp, 90 degree, and now everything is nice and curvy like windows vista and world of warcraft.... I notice that little gold pouch above the helmet in the inventory, and it just looks like a little hobbits bag for peanuts... WHY NOT USE an Epic DARK BROWN DIABLO COLOR for the POUCH , why make everything shiny and nice jeez...

I am sure the game will be great in terms of gameplay and all those other important factors other than graphics, but I presonally find it sad that when i look at this new game, something is constantly pissing me off, and I dont see the same old diablo without lying to myself all the time..:offtopic:

i would like to ask exactly how large are the barbarians genitalia and how does the new size compare to the previous barb.:necro:

unique items, especially the ones passed on from d1 to d2 such as grandfather and windforce. Although they arent the best items in d2, having them in stash somewhere is a must

dont slow down the speed of the game! the reason why d2 and d1 are a big success is because they are both "arcadeish" in a way... really simple and fast moving. i hope they dont break this trend.

if you look at other old games like unreal tournament, the best one is the first and second one that were just pure simple and fast. As soon as they start complicating the game with graphics and especially realism, they mess things up and the game becomes slooow and not good for multiplayer .... like "crysis"

same thing happened to quake 4 coming from q1 , 2 and 3, doom 1 +2 getting messed up with doom 3 , cs 1.6 with css etc etc.

i think they should do to diablo 3 what they did to starcraft 2.. remake the same game on a better engine to make it more creepy, put in some more items , quests and other little things and it will be fine..

I actually got hellfire off the net so i have all the difficulties there.

hey i started playing d1 again. I just killed diablo in normal and i want to kill him in nm and hell. Im playing singleplayer so ther isnt an option here for me to select. I heard there was a hack to enable nm and hell difficulty in single player i just cant find it.

any advice ??

jesus christ, go get microsoft word of some torrent and run a spell check. your english is hurting my eyes..
