Whats the funniest/ best /happiest thing that happened to you while playing diablo2 online...
I remember when 1.10 patch came out and i joined a game for baal runs in hell (HARDCORE )... while waiting for the sorc to port down to throne, one of the players suddenly died outside act5 town. all of us rich sorcs and barbs started laughing, and one of the godly barbs went outside to get the dead guys gold and loot his body... but then he also got killed.
then a godly sorc went out and also died... so i started wondering wtf was killing them outside of act 5 town... i went outside and suddenly i started getting hammered out of nowhere and my hp was going down fast.. i quit the game and came back in to see wtf that was... and then i saw those little flying birds flying outside town.. I went over the boss with a mouse and i swear he had the biggest list of abilities.. just extra fast extra strong, teleport,might .. etc etc... i couldnt believe a damn flying bird could be stronger than diablo, especially after coming from the 1.08 and 1.09 patch
hahah damn that was the strongest fkin bird i ever saw in the game
one thing that went wrong with d2 1.11 etc is they put too many random things in there.. for example more runewords kinda killed the game..
eventually there were so many runewords that people didnt even know what to make
I think this is one of the most important things to have...
BEING ABLE TO SEE ALL ITEMS THAT YOU EQUIP... including gloves , boots etc...
it just adds to the fun when you can see say yellow gloves glow yellow on your char from the outside ets//
**maybe also if they made it something in between hardcore and softcore.. for example if you die once , you get ressurected in town by an angel or something and you only get to do this once/twice..
that would be cool because it wouldnt separate the hardcore and softcore players from playing in different games..
