    That is quite true though, living in the United States has it's perks because it's easy to procure these kinds of things.

    If Amazon doesn't have it it means that they are out of stock, this also happened with the Book of Cain, almost no retailers actually got the book in store because the publisher underestimated pre-order sales, but anyways. As for you in Israel, you might just be out of luck. Living in the U.S, I didn't bother with doing the pre-order from Amazon or anywhere because I've had a bad history with them confirming my order then I get a message later saying that they are currently out of stock but my order is still being considered etc etc. So I just went down to a local gamestop and pre-ordered it there for $10 down.

    If you can't find it on Amazon and you have gamestops nearby, try there, hope isn't lost.
