Your reply answers the big question "Does this only happen to me?" and I am now quite certain we can all enjoy the temporary loss of dmg/toughness/and recovery. :):):)
Please help an old crusty addict out with a problem that has haunted me since ..well for years. If I am badly damaged (die a lot)in a high level grift my profile will read real LOW in dmg/toughness/recovery. I must repair..then boot out of the game and then boot back into a game to set my preference numbers right. I will appreciate any help...and support didnt even understand what I was talking about...look at the 2 screenshot..tks
