I don't get to play much, and I prefer not being able to trade. I still get groups with the clan, if my friends with more gear are on, they don't care about my lower gear because they are actual friends, and I keep that sense of progression in gearing without being spoon fed from people who play more.

All I'm going to say is don't judge a book by it's cover. In life span comparison's with D2, we're still picking the cover up to reveal the blank page they put in. Honestly I feel like this game is 100% superior. Gone are the days of making a character based on the gear you have, getting an upgrade, and having to start from level 1 again (I realize this has been fixed in D2, but it took them 11 years?). I welcome the new fun and faster play style of this game, where it isn't broken down into frame break points, and who's best with tele or spamming FB to hit you randomly.

Also, how was D2 not about gearing up endlessly? You speak of doing the ubers, isn't that just farming gear? Also farming Baal till your eyes bleed is more fun, then having a lower level cap, and having us farm for gear anywhere in the game endlessly?

The rune system I feel ruined D2 for me. When 1.10 went live, and gave us Enigma, BOTD, and a few others, the scales of the game tipped into pre-set builds, with every item you want being a unique in a slot that wasn't used. in 1.09 if you played without bugged items (i.e. 4 slot valors and such) you found yourself using uniques while you farmed up/traded for an amazing rare or blue (i.e. 300% ED 40 ias slotted eth weapons and jewelers of the whale).

And of course the gear is horrid, most of the population is farming hell diablo or A1 inferno butcher. You should check out the differences between the really good items some of these act3-4 inferno farming people have. I know I (as a barb) am vastly under geared next to them, and I am in farming inferno butcher.

The current lack of gear also leads to the lack of customization on specs. I mean play D2 from a1 norm, to a5 end hell with only items you find. I'd be interested to know if you did it with a unique build and without hours and hours of farming to level up to attempt to out level the game.

I just wanna smash crap, so thus I wont play WD till I'm done with the rest most likely.

That is a lot like the one I used to have (may still have it but bored with it). The only one I know of that they had was wow oriented, and was like a time laps of BC>WotLK, but I'm not lookin for WoW papers, I prefer the Diablo universe far far far far more then Warcraft.

Okay, I thought it was just me. It did seem to be more difficult. I actually had to use some potions O_O.

I'm looking for some 5760x1080 wall papers. Currently I'm using



which is obviously just 3 of the blizz wallpapers set to each monitor individually. I've also used one that had Diablo dead center, with the III on each side screen with some sort of BG going on of a ruined farm or such. Anyone got any other good ones out there?
