I have North America version of the game, and my friends has either Asia or Japan version. While we can see each other online in Switch home menu, we can't see each other in game.
I have no problem playing online with my brother who also owns NA version Diablo 3, and my friends have no problem playing with each other. We just seems not able to see each other in game. We have all tried to set the region to Asia and unclicking "same region" and "same language" in option setting, but it doesn't work. We've also tried setting privacy to public or friends only.
Is there any other setting I need to change? Or is it a unresolved bug?
