There is a difference between an efficient "route" and "you are a fool not to be doing this" route. They don't go out of their way to nerf a good efficient route.
was the state of the game disappointing on release for a blizzard product? very much so. many stupid and dafaq mistakes, like lack of playtesting (both content and skill balancing), legionaries, among things. But to say they are giving up on blizzard is flat naive.
well we know that the prophet was an angel by the enchantresses dialog chats, and don't think blizz would make such a lore blunder as name 2 different angels as prophets to mortal (ok they would but dont' think they have in this case at least)
