yes, attack speed may cause problems with thorns but if you have +hp on hit items then frenzy will be extremely powerful

i honestly doubt that you will be able to get to lvl 60 in less than 50 hours, at least 100 would be my guess

The idea is maxing movement speed and passive spirit generation to allow me to use tempest rush for a very, very long time while moving at ludicrous speeds.

Actually, there is a way to make weapon throw into a fury generator.

if you take:

- Ricochet rune.
- Battle Rage 'Into the Fray' (chance to generate 15 fury on critical hits).
- No Escape (chance to generate 14 fury on critical hits).

Since you will be hitting 3 targets with ricochet it is likely that you will get at least 1 crit, so you will generate 29 fury for each cast of weapon throw provided you have 33% critical chance.

This is based on the assumptions that:

- It does not have an internal cooldown greater than your casting speed.
- The 'chance' is 100%, which is unlikely but if it is at least 40% or so, you should be able to reliably spam it.
- You are hitting 3 targets.

Here is a Ranged Barb build i made which is focused on spamming weapon throw and knockbacks to keep enemies away from you.
This build is also built around a high percent chance to crit and keeping wrath of the berserker up for a long time since you will be (hopefully) generating a lot of fury.
