It's hilarious when people make stupid posts. It's even more hilarious when you see that they actually had to edit the stupid post.

And the D3 community is indeed horrible. No one talks in public games, no one talks in the chats. People join public games only to go AFK in town. Then when people are playing, they just leave the second they die, or someone else dies. This game feels very "off". A very dispersed and yes, empty feeling.

Pretty sure there's only 100 people in general chat because that's the max amount allowed. There are multiple general chats, each housing <= 100 people.

I hate grinding for loot in D3, so I'll play another game, where I grind for "currency" instead and has an absurdly small inventory, so I'm forced to do at an exceedingly slow pace. - Original poster.

Never understood why people feel the need to make up absurd statements like this. PoE has nothing to do with "grinding currency". What are you even talking about? Do you even know?

I think a lot of people are gonna calm down when it does.

Doubtful. People will be complaining about how unbalanced it is. I dont see why everyone is even getting excited about pvp in this game. It's nothing but an after thought. No ladders, no rewards, nothing. It wont stay fresh for long without some kind of carrot dangling.

Reflect damage mobs are easily the least of my affix problems. Simple shadow power with gloom and theyre cake. Inv, fast, mortar are the annoying ones for me.

Boring game. Couldn't stand the theme so that's a lot of it. Hopefully Grimdawn will be better.

I don't care if I'm one of 10 people left in the world playing D3. If there is a server online, I'll be playing it. You kids can keep on moving to games that promote your short attention spans.

I get a kick out of people that get so defensive about this game, that they always feel the need to include a generalized insult to feel better about themselves. There is obviously no other reasonable explanation as to why people have left this game then that they are kids with short attention spans. Boy, you know what's up.

posted a message on Players quitting after 1.0.3
    Quote from Silvach

When i bought Dragon Age 2 i expected so much from this game, it wasn't perfect but it was quite ok and i didn't regret my money. It would be awkward if after finishing Dragon Age 2 i would go on Dragon Age forum and wrote "people quitting Dragon Age 2 after last boss".

Well this is single-player game, not MMO,

Lol, I just had to reply to this. This may be one of the dumbest things I've read yet from someone trying to support an argument. You literally compared Dragon Age to the Diablo series. Dragon Age is the epitome of an RPG. It's a story you finish. The game centers around a storyline and making decisions. Diablo is an action RPG. The story is there, but no one really cares about it. We're not making decisions. The game centers around action. Finding loot and having replay value.

I'm just so completely dumbfounded at your comparison that I have to wonder what is wrong with you? You do know that people still play Diablo II right? Because of the replay value. There's just literally no rational comparison to be made between the games. Mind boggling... just... mind boggling.

I can't wait until people see what happens to this game when the RMAH is out and their gold becomes worthless. The regular AH will be useless and the game will be full on pay to win.

Lol @ Blizzard using small numbers to try and make a point hoping stupid people will bite on it. And they did. The % means absolutely nothing, nothing, nothing, without real numbers.

1.9% of 7 Million is 133,000 people. So there's more than 133,000 people who've reached inferno in Diablo which has been out for 2 weeks. Looks like a lot to me.

posted a message on Diablo III - Game Design Update
Yawn. They're using a bunch of wordy responses in hopes to confuse the reader's actual issues with the game. Straw man, deflection, camouflaging. Whatever. The game is flawed, it's lazy, and it's cheap. I don't die because I'm bad, I die because the game mechanics are cheap. There's no skill, there's no intense moments where I have to use a correct sequence to survive a given situation (unless you consider trap, kite, run, shoot "skill"). And now I'm just about out of hell and feel like I accomplished nothing. Why? Because when I died I just went back to the mobs and unloaded and died again and repeat. There were no tactics, nothing other than kiting and shooting and dying. Obviously you want this to be a gear check.. great. Guess what? I didn't get a single rare item in Hell for my class. I didn't get a single upgrade in hell. The harder the game got, the worse the drops got. This is a fact. Sure, involve luck, but should lucky keep me completely out of balancing my character when I'm putting more time and effort into the game? This makes no sense. But hey, I got a bunch of other classes upgrades and rares. What a coincidence, I can now use the auction house to sell these items and buy item that anther class got that would have benefited me. Why is this not shocking? Why, it's the RMAH. Obviously it hasn't been released, but that completely irrelevant considering it was meant to be released shortly after launch.

So now I've purchased my gear in the AH. Fantastic. Wait, no it isn't. It completely contradicts the ARPG genre. Instead of being rewarded for my time and effort into killing those shiny yellow and bold blue mobs with an upgrade, I receive a golden ticket to log out of the game and reward myself with a hefty burden of browsing the auction house. Oh fun. Now that I've put the effort into killing these mobs I get to put even more time into rummaging through this annoying storefront. Just fantastic.
