    Demon hunter nerf, inc!

I'm abit concerned about the attack speed nerf. This will affect all the class and most likely demon hunters the most!
I've spent 10's of millons gearing up my both my monk and demon hunter and I'm affraid the nerf is gonna be to big and the value of my current gear will just drop insanely...

    Just my 2 cents

Having one class or five, doesn't make it any more rewarding... At best it will kill some time while you wait for some fixes but in my opinion, thats not what makes a game fun!

Don't even get me started on legendary/uniques! After hitting level 60 nothing feels rewarding and if you don't agree, ur lying!

Kinda wierd with all the "Inferno is fine, if you don't like it go play something els" posts, seeing that far under 1% has actually hit inferno and prolly even less that's past act 1...

You gotta be freakin' deranged to think inferno is fine as it is now! Yeah maybe some classes are doing better than others but if ur playing a barb or a monk past act one, ur pretty much screwed unless ur sitting on shitloads of gold or the "best" items available at the moment..

Unless you wanna corpse-run and just skip every pack and kill bosses, this game is pretty much downright boring in it's current state.
Only thing you can do is just find a good farm spot and wait it out because vortex/teleports champions are plain stupid.

Don't get me wrong, I love when it's difficult but this is just difficult in the wrong and least fun way..
    Just my 2 cents.

Decent amount of attack speed, around 900 life per hit and a radiant star would make inferno past act II so much easier!

    Life per hit (NOT LIFESTEAL!)

Why do you choose life per hit over life steal? Depending on the DPS you do, wouldn't life steal grant more health? Based on the items in the auction house, it seems like weapons with life per hit are around +300. Life steal is around 2.5% damage dealt. If you COULD hit for 12,000 wouldn't life steal be better? I understand that's a big if and at this point most people are probably not geared for that. I personally am only hitting for around 5k-7k.

Just curious as to what your thoughts are on the subject.

For me personally, I choose life per hit because I focus alot on defensive stats, so my DPS is down the drain and life steal % wont benefit me as much as +life per hit. I also focus alot on attack speed, it will keep your spirit fed and with good +life per hit you will regen back to full in no time. There's alot of good +life per hit weapons with as much as 1k +life per hit, and some armor/jewelry pieces with a few hundred +life per hit aswell.

This weapon for example is a perfect example of an excellent one; +atk speed, +life per hit, and lots of stats to boost your defenses. The DPS is not great but it doesn't matter as DPS is quite low on the priority list for stats in Inferno, you just need enough DPS to kill elite packs before they enrage.

Is there a cap on life per hit? Just thinking dual-wield 2 weapons with the same amount of life per hit socketed with +600 life per hit... Sounds abit OP

    Thanks for all the replies!

I'll def try this build out, looks really fun. Might go dual-wield but not sure yet. I'm not either a fan of "Chant of Resonance."
How much resistance to all you got? How much life per second/life steal and life per hit you got? Siting on 562 arcane/holy resistance, making one with everything extremly powerful...

So this far has just been a walk in the park, even act I on inferno was easy!
Came to act II and bam! Felt like someone took a bat and just bashed my head in.. Even the normal mobs was hitting me hard and elites/champions was just ruining me!

    Here's my stats/build

    HP: 52k
    Armor: 6342
    Dmg: 9857
    Dmg reduction: 67%
    Dodge: 47%
    Ress to all: 562 (65%)

    Vit: 1451
    Dex: 1312

    Build: http://eu.battle.net...Ygij!YUX!ZaYYZc

Been playing both solo and with a WD and a DH, both good geared and doing insane dmg! I know I'm not suppose to tank elites like I used to but I mean what the hell? Can't even stand close to em without dying... I just feel so useless, especially considering the amount of time and money I spent getting this gear.

I've tried switching around my build with other runes and abilities but doesn't seem to help at all.

This sounds like exactly what we were told Inferno would be like.

I'm not sure why people are surprised to find out Inferno is really hard after Act 1.

I love it when it's hard, makes it all the more fun but when it gets to the point where you just wanna cut of your arm...
I expected it to be hard, I'm just asking for advice to get passed this point because I feel utterly useless at the moment!

Btw, anyone tried running with dual-wield/the guardians path passive? More dodge, stats and dps! You'll lose alot of armor and block amount tho..
