Barb tank here, 38k hp with 7k dps and 800-900 resistance to all. I also have 500 life with hit atm for vamp(it multiplies with the number of mobs I hit). Act 1 mobs are a total joke to me atm but I need dps to take down mobs in act 2. I can do act 2, it just takes me a while to down them because of my low dps.
What is your dps? If you have 10k armor, 400 resi without shout and 55k hp I guess that your dps kinda suffers. I found act 2 managable with ~500 resist, 9k armor and 35k life, but I needed 16k+ dps to be able to kill most of the bosses (you will still die on some packs, but it's managable).
Do you play on US*? If so, what's your btag? Could use some pointers clearing act 2.
My barbarian in Act 2 inferno (with War Cry, Battle Rage):
* 44k HP
* 26k DPS (Berserker Rage, no Fury Spenders)
* 63% Damage reduction
I don't have any issues, and I clean up mostly everything with Leap-Revenge-Cleave-Cleave.
I have MB1 Frenzy, MB2 Cleave, Leap, Revenge, WarCry, BattleRage and Passives:Berserker's Rage, Though as Nail,Weapon Master.

What act are you on with that build? Don't see how you're taking out mob bosses with affixes like firechain, plague, molten, desecrate, and illusion with that sort of build tbh. You might as well just suicide earthquake vamp bomb with berserk or something.
