Has anyone experimented with the "Chance to bleed for X damage over X seconds" items. The damage ranges they give seem very low for inferno gear, but then I realized that they could actually be very good if that was a base damage that was then modified by your primary stat like other damage. I don't have any items to test this out with, but if anyone does, it would be very good information to know.
