They had lower drop rates 2 weeks ago - everyone cried about it.

They JUST upped the rates AGAIN - everyone still crying about it.

If blizzard were to change ilvl63 rates to 100% and gaurantee that every weapon is 1000+ damage - EVERYONE WILL STILL CRY ABOUT IT.

Jesus Christ people, just stfu and enjoy the f---ing game already.

However, they are all filled with crap. Only thing good is the gold and gems really.

Its absolutely retarded that anyting lower then lvl 60 drops in inferno, i mean HELLO you have to be lvl 60 to even be in inferno. finding lvl 52 items is the dumbest thing ever. Loot system is absolutley broken.

Why do people keep crying about this?

It was the same in D2.........for cripes sake...take what falls....bad luck is bad luck.

BTW: They have maxi-pads buy one get one free at Wal-Mart this week. I suggest you invest heavily in sanitary napkins. It sounds as if you need them

The difference is that lower items were still useful in D2 though....

actually I find that iLVL59 and lower weapons to be more useful or net me more gold than iLVL60-62. iLVL60-62 weapons (excluding small percentage of 1h mace and swords) are complete crap lol.

Blizzard philosophy: 11 years to release the game, 2-5 years to perfect it, then release an expansion lol

Player philosophy: Complain and whine about various parts of the game and demand a change; complain and whine after changes have been made. Buy the expansion and continue to play the game for years.

Not trolling you, just thought we'd explore both sides to the story :)

Just... don't use the AH, and in every encounter you have, there is a real chance for you to have a decent item upgrade.

If i didnt use the AH, my Sorc would wear a Belt and 1 Ring right now....
Rest naked.... and this with 500 Played Hours.

So let me get this straight.

You went through Normal, Nightmare, and Hell and only found 1 belt and 1 ring for wizard?

Honestly, I had to use the AH for inferno but half of my inferno gear I have is farmed by myself.

So either you are doing something terribly wrong or you are just bad at aRPGs in general. Not really an issue with the AH.

Just out of curiosity what is the difference between

    "Old way"
Player A finding a good item intended for Player B
Taking days of posting in trade chat or forums to finally get in contact with each other.
Player B offering and item that Player A wants or gold.
    Sealing the deal.

    "New way"
Player A finds a good item. (Item intended for Player B.)
Player A sells item for gold on AH. (Player B bought the item because Player B needs it)
Player A uses gold to buy an item Player A needs. (Now Player C makes gold to buy what he needs)

Imho, AH speeds the whole process up. I still get excited to find an awesome item cause I know I can sell that and get something I need for my class. Since D3 include both options of trade (chat and AH), what is there to complain about?

That is very true; I should have also posted on the official forums. That had totally slipped my mind because Diablofans has been my “go to” forum for anything Diablo 3 lol. I will make a post there too at my earliest convenience. Thanks for the reminder.

I thought this would be more of a general discussion because its bug/glitch related. Also, Bliz Devs don’t usually check anything other than General Discussion.

I farm Act 1 with this build (I sub the chakram with the ferret.)

It's a tanky build so I dont have to waste a lot of time kiting.

posted a message on Needed changes to Demon hunter ferret companion
I’ve been recently farming a lot with the ferret companion, but I’ve noticed a few things that are really getting on my nerves. I know the ferret is probably pretty low on the priority chart but here are some suggestions I hope Blizzard can implement.

Two changes I would like to see made to Demon Hunter’s ferret companion.
    1. Sometimes my ferret would run up to a pile of gold and just sit there for almost 5 seconds before it picks up the gold. Is this a glitch/bug? I can’t see a reason why this would be intentional.
    2. I got my ferret out for 2 reasons; earn more gold and spend less time picking up gold. I didn’t get the ferret out for its damage, so can we make picking up gold (within vicinity) a priority over attacking (especially goblins)?
