posted a message on Been gone for a few months, need some advice!
    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/aloys24-1510/hero/2935590

Haven't played in over 4 months and I feel like playing a little bit.

I was trying to use Moldran's technique and I'm getting destroyed on MP8.

    I can't keep up WOTB.

Where can I improve my gear? Is the skorn really hurting me?

How can I increase my attack speed? I'm only at like 1.6 with WOTB up! I know its terrible, but I'm not sure how to increase it.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    This is interesting.

I haven't really researched Multiboxing at all. Let me see if I have the gist of it.

He has 4 different Diablo accounts that are all playing together in the same game? He uses a separate program that allows all 4 characters to be controlled by the same mouse and keyboard. So he is getting 4 sets of loot from killing any monster? All he has to do is switch instances to pick up loot if he wants it?

I would love to play all these different builds, but I have a full time job and a life so I'm only putting in 15ish hours of gameplay a week. I really need to try and get the best drops I can in that time to try and build up some gold. The best way for me to do that is a pretty standard WW build.

Interesting ideas, but for most people a barb build without sprint isn't going to be very popular. To get the best drops you really need to grind paragon levels.

yea i've had the opposite happen yesterday. I had a pair of boots that did not sell and never got returned to me, its been right around 24 hours now and I still haven't gotten them. Not a super huge deal, but the boots were worth 5-10 mil

posted a message on RMAH and loot, does it have a direction?
jaetch's breakdown is a great guide for what to look for.

The market gap between great gear and good gear is huge. Its basically like spending under 40 mil for something or spend 100+ for something.

When it comes down to it, 99+% of rares you find are worthless or close (1mil or less). Occasionally (or very rarely if you have luck like me) you will find something that will sell for 10-50 mil.

Then the difference between gear that sells for 20-50 mil and gear the sells for 100 - 2k mil is that one extra stat that i've never seen in one of my drops!

    Quote from bruteMax

Like Trocal asked, what do you want to do?

If it's XP farming, you want to DW and go with a Sprint/WW build at MP0-1.

If it's uber/key/loot farming at high MP, well you can stick with DW but a nice Skorn is good here too. I run a HOTA build for MP8 runs when I feel like doing something different.

    http://us.battle.net...14/hero/3288774

I really just want to keep improving my character. I just like farming gear and finding good items. I'm not worried about maximizing xp/hour, paragon levels will come as they do.

I've been just running act 2 & 3 routes, typical routes everyone is doing, mainly in mp4 as mp5 I start dying more. I guess I should probably lower the mp to be more efficient resulting in more loot.

when I found the skorn I figured I would use it for a while until I got enough money to go back to DW. I didn't realize it was going to cost multiple 100's of millions to get 2 decent one handers. So I've stuck with the skorn for longer than I wanted.

I could go out and get a skorn with 400+ strength, 1400ish damage, 180+ CHD for like 50 mil, but I'm not sure if that is a waste in the long term.

    decisions decisions!

JKlimek, thanks for the advice. you are absolutely right about the lose of attach speed and fury generation with my skorn. It is why I don't use thrive on chaos as it just isn't worth it.

I might try to get more movement speed out of inna's pants as I can get 12% and some IAS, I'm going to lose AR ands Vit though. and a good pair is prettty pricey

I guess I just need to find some sweet gear I can wear or sell for a billion!

Well i also use a skorn and have been for a really long time. You can check my build in my signature. It's a really unusual build but have been playing it since paragon 5-ish. I don't there's even 5 people that play this build :D But you can try it and see how it's working for you!

Basically the only fury spender I have is Rend, so my fury is 99% of the time full. So I use "Berserker Rage" which gives you 25% more dmg when at full fury. So my unbuffed dps is 135k and at full fury it jumps to 220k, which is a really big leap!

1 - Use War cry and Battle Rage.
2 - Use Furious Charge with Merciless Assault Rune (-2 per enemy hit). So when I hit 5 or more enemies with that, I spam that till there's less than 5 left. (A good whirlwind replacement I think.)
3 - Then you use Leap with Iron Impact to boost armor for 3 sec and Rend or whatever way you want to use it.
4 - Rest of enemies I Bash. And what I like about the Onslaught rune is that basically do more than 200% w-dmg. With this rune the enemies always fly when killed, which gives me satisfaction :)

I haven't done any Alkazier runs or any runs to see how much exp/hour I get, cause that doesn't concern me at all.

interesting build. I might have to try it or some close variation. Have you tried using WOTB also? max fury with WOTB might give you some pretty insane damage.

I'm not worried about exp/hour either mainly just farming for good loot and the paragons come along with it. How is playing without sprint? it has to be a lot slower than with it...

Hello all, here is my profile. I can survive just fine farming mp3-4. Having 50k HP helps.

    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Aloys24-1510/hero/2935590

I found a skorn a while ago and it increased my DPS by a whole lot. I've still been using a WW build switching between overpower and rend since I have pretty decent AR. Should I stick with a WW build with the skorn or get rid of it and try to DW? Should I keep the skorn and try a different build?

I know I have no IAS boosts, should I focus on that? With passives my CC chance is 53% and damage is 417%

I only have 12% movement speed since to get lacuni's anywhere near the stats my bracers have is 100's of millions.

I have about 70 mil right now with some stuff on the AH that should get me close to 100mil. What would you do!

I know im a jackass for assuming that of him.But what I can say is that is the case for alot of people on the forum. They whine and whine about not having gold yet they take 0, absolutely 0 interest in the game. And if the game was giving gold way too easy they would say that the game is trash for spoonfeeding u like that.

Thread deraild because of my rants so to the OP : Sorry mate your items are worthless, remember those two items so you know next time:).

Yes, you are. And you say that, and then make other assumptions. Logical thought at it's best, probably interrupted by a fap session over a naked demon hunter.

You could have just said "you know, you can look these things up this way, for future reference".

Thanx for nothing, other than the implicit warning about what happens when you take something too seriously.

Dude you can't come in here with a terrible question and not expect to get trashed.

Are you really unaware that you can open up the auction house, click on the search tab and see that right in the middle there is a line where you can enter a legendary name? Then add a couple stats to see exactly what it is worth?

Are you really unaware that ANY 2 handed weapon that has no socket and no crit hit damage is useless?

I haven't checked Gem prices in a while, probably not since 1.05 hit, but what happened?

Radiant star gems used to all be well over 10 mil, most over 15-20 mil. Now they are all under 5 mil.

Did they change crafting costs? I know it used to cost over 20 mil to craft them, right?

Why did they crash so hard?

I have a bunch of level 63 gear and level 60-62 rings and ammys that I haven't identified yet.

Any reason to wait until after the patch to identify them? any reason why I should do it before the patch?

You can still sell it, of course, you're better off starting the sale off with a tiny starting bid and see how far it goes.

that's what am trying, i usually search the ah, then se it lower than everything, but it wasn't working at all, prolly because there are zero different kinds of build, so everyone is searching for the same things (which is sad)
btw, seems like now everyone is just going for legendary/set items, so i guess yellows are the new blue.

I don't think that it true at all. There are plenty of different builds for all the different classes. Good rares will still sell for tons of gold. Crappy legendaries still don't sell.

9 out of 10 rares you find will not sell and should just be vendored.
