posted a message on 2.4.1. Patch / The Meta Thread
    Quote from Psyborg

However also mark that mobs damage and XP is nerfed for higher than 70 level of GRs.
We must see which level of GR from 2.4 matches with 2.4.1. , in the matter of mobs damage and XP.

This has already been done for XP and Dmg.

GR 80 live is equal to GR 100 ptr dmg wise.
GR 90 live is equal to GR 130 ptr dmg wise.
GR 100 live is equal to over 150 ptr(150 is 90k less dmg on average per hit than GR 100 before 2.4.1).

GR 80 live is equal to GR 85.5 ptr exp wise.
GR 90 live is equal to GR 101.5 ptr exp wise.
GR 100 live is equal to GR 117.5 ptr exp wise.

    DMG:

    GR 80 37.00% reduction

    GR 90 60.31% reduction

    GR 100 70.00% reduction

    GR 110 84.25% reduction

    GR 120 90.08% reduction

    GR 150 97.52% reduction

    EXP:

    GR 80 24.55% reduction

    GR 90 43.07% reduction

    GR 100 57.05% reduction

    GR 110 67.59% reduction

    GR 120 75.55% reduction

    GR 150 89.50% reduction

Remember since we have a Firebird Wizard as the primary damage. They literally have 0 damage reduction outside Halo and Ice Armor. They have many times less reduction than any other damage has had in the past.

We will still need at least a few sources of reduction to keep it alive. So we will still see either a Monk(its literally better in everyway than a barb) + WD and DH since they both bring way too many damage buffs and DH also brings some more Damage Reduction.

Obviously unless people start pushing PTR to like GR 115+ its gonna be hard to say what really is better or until season is a few weeks in.

Yes you are delusional spiritwalk is 2sec before jaunt and 3sec with jaunt. Always been that way. Know the spells before you question it.

posted a message on Barb "Tough as Nails" changes

There is already a LoN barb frenzy/thorns build clearing low 80s. Another 50% thorns on top of the amount they have now could push it into the high 80s at least. Problem is its literally a pure single target build.

    Quote from ReLoader_7»

is there a paragon migration as well or does that just evaporate? Do the paragon lvls carry back to NS?

Yes the exp does. So say you are 1k on season and like 600 on non season you might be like 1070-1.1k ish. rough guess but ya

posted a message on Solo Vs Group XP balance: S4 Nothing Changed!
    Quote from HS_PaiMei»

So they nerfed XP gear into the ground. And they even lowered HP monster settings for solo. Now solo should be able to compete with groups, or atleast the gap between solo and groups is closer. Wrong! 4-player groups are already doing Grift100+speeds, netting more then 1.000+bil XP/H. Solo player doing Grift70 speeds in about 8-10min is getting 100bil/H. Difference is more then x10. Look at the 4-player Leaderboard in Europe. People are already at 2000 paragon. This is only 1 month into the season. Still 2 months to go. End result: you will still run 10k+ main stat behind, just like last season. Byebye leaderboard dreams.

    Nothing Changed.

This twisted sword+twister health globe support meta is way way to strong. And should have been nerfed long time ago. The amount of dmg Wiz can do is just mind boggling wrong. Which allows these super high 100+ grifts.

Tbh if the Twister spec didn't exist there would be a way smaller gap. The only reason any runs near this exist is due to how the wizard works. Knowing blizz they didn't even expect half the builds players came up with.

posted a message on 80 grift possible for me?

Drop Cons for Shield Glare with 20% dmg rune.

Drop Laws for Condemn-Vacuum and get Strongarms.

Any wep will do. R1 used Swiftmount. Some use Doombringer.

    Stop using Esoteric. Use Stricken.

Focus on big mobs. Iron Skin 2 sec left on Lightning Ring > Bombard with 1 sec on Lightning and vacuum everything in and it will melt. Drag yellows with you to more whites. Don't waste time killing them solo.

You really need to get a Hellfire with one of the correct 5 passives too. Missing Indestructible passive is too big. Its a dps increase too.

posted a message on [2.4] How will we farm paragon levels next patch?

Its gonna be level gems like crazy for more dmg than care as much about exp. Cubing even level 50 gems on every item is already 650 paragon levels. Add higher gems and GG many paragon levels of stats.

posted a message on Hellfire passive snaphot expliot.

Since it is fixed already it doesn't matter. By the end of the season every single rank will have been beaten that used it. We still have fucking like 3months left not like its a big deal. Everyone will be many hundreds of paragon(or 1k more) higher than now and more perfect rolls and higher gems.
