Those are great tips for me. By the way, how much would you suggest me to spend on each piece on a 30 mil budget? (Like 2 mil for each piece & 10 mils for 2 weapons or something...)

I watched both of your videos this afternoon (London time) and those are great guide, really interesting. The glass-canon Barb is not really my playing style but I think I've learned a lot about gear purchasing from you.
the gear he had probably wasn't crazy expensive. His all resists were pretty low, which changes the AH values like crazy. I bet with that gear he is having some problems in act 3-4. Keeping the DPS and crit chances he has and boosting his resists up to 700-800++ before war cry makes the budget go though the roof. Then trying to get some better weapons makes it insane.
I am still trying to get through Act 2 with my barb. I totally messed up a couple weeks ago when I found a sweet wizard helm I sold for 11 mil, and then bought a bunch of barb gear trying to build a tank, but I completely ignored Crit chance and damage, which screwed me. Now I am starting over trying to keep my resists and strength up and adding some crit.
I only have time to play 1-3 hours a night max, so just farming act 1 and little of 2 makes it a long journey!

on the main page of the site there is a video posted yesterday about barb spec's and gear.
Basically all resist, crit hit chance & damage, strength and vit. Your budget should be able to get you some pretty good stuff, I wish I had 30 mil to gear my barb!

I did read that topic and that's a great guide but he didn't mention about the total price for his gears/items price so I really have no idea about what stats I can expect. Without knowing that, I'm afraid that I'll go to the AH and have some overpriced items and end up nowhere!
And yes, money is really painful. I was lucky that I got some good drops from farming act 1 to get about 10 mil. Then I used that money to build a Life regeneration Monk, which helped me to take down Diablo Inferno and farm act 3 and earn a little more gold. Now I've sold all my gears just to concentrate on my Barb. I really hope this time I can do well with him.
As mentioned in topic title, I'm having trouble with my Barb in act 3 so I decided to sell all gears and start building my Barb again from nothing. Currently, I have about 30-35 million gold and I want to have a typical frenzy +WoTB build, dual wield to farm act 3. (I'm personally not a fan of Double tornado & WW build)
I would appreciate if you guys could tell me your experience in building up your Barb with that budget and the stats I can expect (Str, DPS, HP, CC, CD, resist all)? By the way, if it's possible, can anyone give me a hint about what kind of items to buy, perhaps piece by piece?
I do apology if it sounds so lazy of me but that's all money I have atm and I really don't want to waste money on some stupid purchases like I did before.
