Forgot to mention, primarily looking to run ubers, for farming I tend to be lazy and just run mp3 archon. Kinda forgot to specify when I posted.

I'm looking for more players to group with, especially for late night runs. I run a permafreeze wizard, and regularly group with a barb and witch doc buddy, but we're regularly searching for one or two more people to fill in groups. We'd like to find people who can use mumble, have machines, and are relatively easygoing and fun to play with. We are neither looking to carry nor be carried - we just want people who can hold their own.

Contact either Finnien#1846 or Tygerus#1425 if you're interested in joining us.

"we were changing lanes because we were going faster than other people" implies you were in fact weaving. Just because you were using blinkers and looking doesn't mean you weren't making frequent lane changes to go faster than the flow of traffic.

posted a message on Enchantress hinting at expansion at the end?
There are some very interesting conversations that I hope expansions follow up on... the dark gem that Covetous Shen is searching for, the Prophet, Leah's soul (Covetous Shen specifically mentions he doesn't think it's destroyed, and he makes it pretty clear he's seen a lot more than we have), the Templar's corrupted order, etc. The most interesting stories and writing in the game are all scattered along the side, not in the main plot itself, I think.

posted a message on AH prices out of control
    Quote from gojiramonster25

i for one dont see why Blizzard could not "cap"prices for items on AH,like for example weapons 25M,offhands 10M,ring 10M etc...
not only would this make a lot more people happy in getting that feeling"i can farm for 20M gold",and not like its going now....this is getting ridiculous.

I agree that prices are ridiculous, but capping prices wouldn't solve the problem. Nobody is going to sell a new legendary Skorn or a good Witching Hour for 10-25m. People would stop using the AH and would just trade items, and something like Brimstones or Star Emeralds would become the new currency. The problem is that there's no use for gold right now - and with crafting dying a quick and ugly death with the latest patch, there'll be even less gold leaving the economy. What's needed is a viable, attractive additional use for gold - adding sockets, being able to reroll a specific stat on an item, being able to 'lock in' desirable stats before crafting something... a use for gold that makes people want to have it, and makes them think "would I rather do THIS with my gold, or go to the auction house..." Until we get something like that, prices will continue to inflate, and capping prices would just make people find alternative methods of selling their items.

My only thought is that they're intentionally making crafted legendaries bad because they know there are a lot of stockpiled brimstones and they don't want to make good new crafted legendaries that people could pop 100 of on the first day. However, that doesnt really hold water if some of them have gotten buffed and others, like Griswold's or Ruinstoke or the Robes, remain terrible. I just have to hope against the evidence present that Blizzard isn't going to leave legendary crafting plans worthless.

I really hope they just haven't been updated, because 150k gold cost, 100 essences, 30 tears, and a brimstone for Robes of Rydraelm (15% mf, 4% melee reduction, 4% ranged reduction, 3 stats) which arguably aren't as good as an average ilvl 61 random chest would just be ... well, not very legendary, and not very often crated. Likewise, Ruinstoke at 260k, 3 brimstones, and an absolute ton of other crafting materials for... life on kill, a little extra damage against elites, and not much else? That'd be pretty bad. Considering how good many of the new legendaries are, I expect brimstones will become more rare and expensive, which would really make legendary crafting a nonentity in a game that desperately needs the gold sink.
