hard to say but it's a possibility. i do notice; however that there were days when i'll be getting sales left and right while most of the time there won't be any.
also people have been hunting for cheap price nowadys so either you wait it out to get the price you want or cater to low ballers/flippers
now, we have to consider our 'current' gears going to RoS. surely we are to start with what we have now and farm for the new ones. with that in mind and the skill/mechanic/gear stat changes/etc, maybe we wouldn't kite asap but then again we have no idea how new enemies would play out.
i do hope they would make high difficulty have better drops. as of the now, mp10 drops are surely disappointing that there's really no reason to go there even if you can clear maps under 10 mins
after going through the supposed changes and multitudes of theorycrafting threads, i am thinking that we may as well be back to kiting builds once more like how it was back in pre nerf inferno.
also want to note that basing from the skill changes, they are focusing more on multiplaying rather then solo, seeing how class a toon skills compliments with class b toon skills/etc
now, things can still change and they will but the concept itself is already there.

a lot of players did kite back then before inferno was nerfed especially wizards, let's be real with that. even today, wizards who don't go cm or archon do kite.
also, saying life steal is going to be just one alternative, it makes me wonder after seeing those 3k+ 1h weapons and other high main stats on gears, wouldn't that make our current dps even go higher then? it just doesn't make sense at all
they want to nerf lifesteal for other alternatives and yet they are giving us massive numbers...
a lot more life regen/life on hit/health globe bonuses and massive reduction/removal of life steal from the supposed 'changes'
what does this mean for LS reliant skills (meteor/archon/disintegrate/etc) ?
also, what will happen to our current life steal weapons? will they still remain the same percentage or get nerfed like how it was in 1.03 with attack speed?
i also noticed a lot of 'distance' based bonuses (gain x for x enemies in x yard/etc) does this mean we're back to the old kiting days?
i am led to believe ros is encouraging a massive multiplaying rather than solo here seeing how a lot of supposed 'changes' co-exist with other class skills.

either we're getting huge damage buffs and enemies getting more hp+more difficult or we get damage reduction and enemies getting more hp and more difficult just like pre-nerf inferno
