Hi guys, I am currently experimenting with a WW/HOTA build and I was looking at other people's barbs and seeing them having a ton more DPS and EHP than me so I was wondering what I was doing wrong? I realized that I would need to get socketed Weapons but what other stats should I get for more DPS and EHP? Is Life on Hit or Lifesteal still important to a barb since I don't see those barb with any LOH or much LS? Are my skills and passives reasonable? My budget is 30m per piece or 400m overall.
