Spectral Blade Thrown Blade

This is a Signature spell. Signature spells are free to cast.

Summon a spectral blade that strikes all enemies up to 15 yards in front of you for 168% weapon damage as Arcane.
Thrown Blade

Extend the reach of Spectral Blade to 20 yards and increase its damage to 231% weapon damage as Lightning.
Explosive Blast Chain Reaction

Gather an infusion of energy around you that explodes after 1.5 seconds for 945% weapon damage as Arcane to all enemies within 12 yards.
Chain Reaction

Instead of a single explosion, release a chain of 3 consecutive explosions, each dealing 520% weapon damage as Fire.
Black Hole Absolute Zero

Conjure a Black Hole at the target location that draws enemies to it and deals 700% weapon damage as Arcane over 2 seconds to all enemies within 15 yards.
Absolute Zero

Each enemy hit increases the damage of your Cold spells by 3% for 10 seconds.

Black Hole's damage turns into Cold.
Mirror Image Mocking Demise

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Summon 2 illusionary duplicates of yourself that taunt nearby enemies for 1 second, last for 7 seconds and have 50% of your Life.

Spells cast by your Mirror Images will deal 10% of the damage of your own spells.
Mocking Demise

When a Mirror Image is destroyed, it explodes, dealing 309% weapon damage as Arcane with a 50% chance to Stun for 2 seconds.
Diamond Skin Sleek Shell

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Transform your skin to diamond for 3 seconds, absorbing up to 40% of your Life in damage from incoming attacks.
Sleek Shell

Increases your movement speed by 30% while Diamond Skin is active.

For Item Affixes:

Note: Preferred affixes are listed below. Item slots above suggest best affixes after applying the below recommendations.
CDR of at least 50%. Flawless Royal Diamond in Helm.
CHC of at least 40%.
CHD of at least 300%.
Area damage can be a good supplement.
Fire ED for Bracers.
Explosive Blast damage for Shoulders, Chest.
For Helm I opted for CHC for the extra offense, For Boots I opted for run speed for extra INT from paragon. I left meteor damage on Source.
If you prefer, Meteor damage can be rolled on Helm and Boots instead. If this is the case, exchange VIT from helm and Run Speed from Boots.
Spectral Blade damage on Belt and Pants is desired if your defensive needs are met.
Secondary affixes: Single Resists and Health Globe Pickup radius are preferred.

Alternate Items

Have been marked as 'adequate' consider these if opting for Tal Rasha's Brace.

Weapon:

While an ancient Wand of Woh is preferred, I suspect a non ancient would also perform well.

Build Guide

Super fun build! 5_^1/2 Minute full T6 Rift!

Shunpo is a term referenced from the anime Bleach, that describes quick movement or "Flash Steps".

Channeling this speed, the wizard directs a chaotic whirlwind of power and destruction, decimating foes.

Other notable aspects of the Shunpo user include the ability to misdrect their enemy in battle, and on occasion, summon speed clones.

It can be hard to manage at times, but it sure is a fun build!

Core Interaction / Play

Illusionist will activate Mirror Image (Mocking Demise) when taking heavy damage.

This allows you to spam Mocking Demise, creating chain explosions that can help take down your enemy. To escape the area of heavy damage, use Teleport, since it will also be available. This works really well when engaging elites that utilize AoE damage monster affixes.

Use Black Hole (Absolute Zero) on large mobs or elites.
Keep up the Bastions of Will buff by casting Spectral Blade (Thrown Blade). Use also as filler damage as needed.
Cast Mirror Image (Mocking Demise) and Teleport (Calamity) in rotation and cast Diamond Skin (Sleek Shell) on cooldown for extra speed.

Reasoning

Spectral Blade (Thrown Blade) - Increased Range allows more hits, more damage, and higher overall proc chance to activate Wreath of Lightning. The increased range is also convenient since with other runes Explosive Blast kills most mobs before you can click on them.
Explosive Blast (Chain Reaction) - Chain reaction maximizes output and requires the least amount of CDR and RCR. When moving quickly the succession of 12 blasts allows for smooth damage output and makes it more desirable than other rune options.
Black Hole (Absolute Zero) - Cold is the only element available after choosing Spectral Blade (Thrown Blade). Build Variation (video linked below) swaps the cold and lightning runes between black hole and spectral blade, to take advantage of Black Hole (Supermassive).
Why no armor spell or Magic Weapon? No space, chosen options are more desirable.

Configuration

I use Teleport on left click so I don't have to use force move to run through enemies.
I use force stand when I need to Teleport.
I recommend using the num lock method (https://youtu.be/JaAI8s8rft4). Apply num lock to the following spells:

Explosive Blast (Chain Reaction)
Diamond Skin (Sleek Shell)
Optional: Mirror Image (Mocking Demise)

Note that when using the num lock method on Mirror Image, unless you move your character after it is cast, the spell will act as if you are holding your mouse button down, and prevent the other spells on num lock from being cast. Be sure to continue movement immediately after this spell is cast.

Passives

Audacity - Close range multiplicative damage bonus. Required.
Illusionist - Core utility and speed. Required.
Evocation - For extra CDR. Not required, but you'll be hard pressed to make up the CDR loss otherwise.
Dominance - Best option for shielding, to keep up the Krelm's Buff Belt buff. Also great option for defense. Can replace if not using this belt.

Run Speed

Speed Boosts:

Krelm's Buff Belt will activate when you are not being hit or shielded. +25% run speed.
Illusionist: +30% speed on activation of Teleport or Mirror Image. 3 second duration.
Diamond Skin (Sleek Shell): +30% speed every 7.5 seconds. 3 second duration.
Wreath of Lightning: +25% speed for 3 seconds.
Warzechian Armguards: +50% speed for up to 4 second duration.
Boon of the Hoarder: +25% speed for 2 seconds after picking up gold.

Other Thoughts:

If rotating Teleport and Mirror Image properly, the Illusionist buff will be active 100% of the time.
Wreath of Lightning will help destroy objects and activate your Warzechian Armguards for sustained speed boost.
Wreath of Lightning's passive, non position based nature is a boon. Proc rate isn't bad at all, especially when using Spectral Blade.
The shielding from Diamond Skin (Sleek Shell) will help keep the buff from Krelm's Buff Belt active.
Tip: Most of the time, it is not worth it to double back to pick up gold. However, doubling back to destroy objects can be beneficial.

Swap Black Hole (Absolute Zero) for Black Hole (Supermassive).
Swap Spectral Blade (Thrown Blade) for Spectral Blade (Ice Blades).

Diamond Shards Variation:

Swapping in Diamond Skin (Diamond Shards) allows for less speed, but increases your explosive potential.
Diamond Skin (Diamond Shards) activates the Tal Rasha arcane buff. This allows you to swap in a different rune or skill in place of Teleport (Calamity). Higher CDR is recommended to get the cooldown on diamond shards closer to the 6 second Tal Rasha buff cycle.
I chose to swap in Teleport (Safe Passage). Other choices may prove more effective, and I am still testing the variations for this swap. I will update the guide when I have decided on a favored option.
