The build is completely designed around Exploding Palm being applied to absolutely everything without actually casting it. Because of Uliana's, Madstone, and Gungdo Gear, Exploding Palm is applied on every 3rd hit of Way of the Hundred Fists, everything hit by Seven Sided Strike, and every time Exploding Palm detonates.


Az'Turrasq's bonus to Exploding Palm's explosion Damage is amazing when Seven Sided Strike force detonates any Exploding Palm every 3.53 seconds. Lion's Claw doubles Seven Sided Strike to make it actually 14 strikes.


Aquila Cuirass only ends up with a 68% uptime, but Binding of the Lost gives 3.5%/hit (up to 24.5%) damage reduction for 7 seconds due to Seven Sided Strike. As mentioned with Seven Sided Strike having a 3.53 second cool down, that's enough to help cover some damage reduction holes. Guardian's Path also gives a 35% mitigation due to its chance to dodge. Armor reduces incoming damage further to an amount flucuating based on dex but up to ~89%. Near Death Experience helps not get one shot on the chance you don't dodge something and the incoming amount is enough to break past the damage reduction especially if Aquilia Cuirass is down.
