I made them for the first time tonight, they're delicious. =] They didn't turn out that bad, they were just a little thick. Some were really thin, but they seemed to get too crunchy too quick. Anyone have any nice tips?
I've never had one. Do they taste the same as a pancake? I googled it and they seem to be very thin, which would seem, by extension, to me that they can be tricky to make.
Crepes... *tries to remember what the hell are they* *checks Wikipedia*
Oh, those. We have them all the time. Except we call them blintzes. They're awesome.

They don't taste like pancake, and they're easy to make.
its easy to make thin if you use the bottom of a cooking pan and not the 'inside'. just heat it up and dip into the crepe batter. or you can use specially made crepe pans. we made crepes all the time in french class.
strawberries and whipped creme and ice cream. yum. and also dont forget nutella goes great with the fruits.
